This is absolutely shocking if true and why would Beerman say it if it is not true. The lad should have been the first to know from the managers mouth.

What worries me is that McKay said he had no idea what the tactics were in the Motherwell game and yesterday PC said I don't think the players are understanding my tactics. What worries me most is that PC has a 3 year contract.

PC needs to qualify for Europe with the players he has. Nothing more nothing less. It is okay summarising what players you have in house but if we do not qualify for Europe he will be able to bring in a few out of contract players and nothing else.

While Bates did well I thought he was very stiff and a quicker more flexible\supple CF than Boyd would leave him trailing in their wake. Beerman is a prospect but I fear too small to make a good defender. If Sammon had got a few good crosses to the back post we would have been in shit street. If he and Bates are playing against Aberdeen I cringe at what Rooney will do.

Andy Halliday is so disappointing. I really thought he was excellent up to this season but he is just a shadow of what he was last season. That is including the game against Celtic and Hibs last season where Halliday played well.

Ajax have been signing last year youths for years and claiming them as academy players and everybody seems to think they have the best academy in the world.

Wallace was injured with Scotland. Hodson was away with NI. Kiernen had missed a couple of games which could have had an effect so I doubt it is to do with the new training.

He won't be the first player that were not great with the reserves but stepped up their game when playing with better players.

Surely we qualified for an emergency loan or do you need to have a man on the board for that. just kidding I am happy the youngsters are getting a chance.

It is being reported that Red Bull are wanting a team in the Dutch League. They don't want to sponsor any of the big teams though they want to take a small club and make it big as they did with Leipzig. If they want a small team with the possibility of a reasonable support then NAC Breda, MVV Masstricht and Cambuur would probably be their best options. If they wanted a small club in Scotland which small club would give them the best opportunity to a reasonable support?

I think PC will still be considering all his options. I would say it is still too early for him to be offering contracts and there is still every chance that Miller or any other player could be offered one.

I have an admission to make. When Kenny Miller threw in that cross for the Garner goal I was in the middle of shouting. " Och Miller ya diddy what kind of ball is that." When the ball hit the net from Garner I was amazed and felt pretty stupid.

While we could see that MOH is not a learned defender I actually wonder if he would not be better in the right back position given time. I remember Arthur Numan's first game at LB and he was absolutely hopeless. PSV lost 6-1 and Numan was all over the place. He is\was certainly no worse than Hodson and offered far more going forward.
