I think Lovenkrands does himself too short or the headline at least. Just because you don't get a job doesn't mean you don't impress. You can impress but not get the job. Mostly at the end choice there is very little between the candidates only small differences get a person over the line.

I am totally of the opinion that Warburton fell because of his stubbornness to stick to one system. I wrote a piece that a robot is programmed to make the same movements time and time again. It only takes the smallest piece of resistance to knock a Robot off it's programmed movement. That is exactly what happened time and time again with Warburton's Rangers. When plan A failed they had no idea what to do and just kept repeating the same movements. His team reminds me of an LP with a scratch on it. When it hit the scratch it gets stuck and just repeating the same thing time and time again without any forward movement.
