Everyone on the beeb saying the SFA should now pick up the reigns on this and charge us with bringing the game into disrepute. This is not going to go away just yet.
-
I don't normally listen but i am getting ready for Sportsound.

Just had a look at kerryfail. Over to you Celtic and lets get fans action seems to be the pick of the day. I doubt Celtic will do anything as you can't take the SFA\SFPL to court and I don't see any Fans court action getting passed the initial hearing.

He is supposedly family.

Rangers are Disappointing Me - and I want us to be better
pete replied to RiverBear7's topic in Rangers Chat
Celtic are not pro-active in ridding themselves of the IRA part of their support. Not one Steward moved to remove the banners. They only reacted after UEFA fined them. You also keep using this we are bad too statement. You are obviously pushing an agenda most on here don't share. Anyway I think we are going round in circles on this thread so I am going to close it before it gets out of order If other Admin think it should be opened again in the morning it will be. -

The club only react to it if an outside body take action first. -
Reports on whether we want him or have had any contact with him differs from one ITK( In the Know) person to the other. Some say yes and some say no. A so called family member says there has been contact and some say it is inevitable but for me I will wait and see what happens. If he keeps scoring then maybe Norwich won't let him go.

Let them waste more of their money. A judge said it was not illegal. Any team had the option to use the system so no advantage was gained at that time. The SPFL left no room for an appeal. There is no way any court can change the outcome.

I never said they are bad too, so there you are putting words in that were not said. Our supporters in general are not bad. While we do have a dark side to our support it is very minimal and certainly no where near as bad as the east side terrorist supporters. Yes I do dislike the add-ons to our songs and some of the things you do say can be better. Motherwell supporters on the pitch standing inviting us to a fight. When have we done that? Hibs supporters attacking our players. Again when have we done that? I would say Ibrox is one of the safest grounds to go to. -

When have you ever seen a paramilitary banner being raised at Ibrox? When have you ever seen effigies of Celtic players hanging from the stand. When have you heard of referee's having their windows smashed by Rangers supporters? If your opinion is that their support is not worse than ours then you walk about with your eyes shut. -

i went to Ibrox with my Dutch son and we spoke Dutch the whole game and interval in the bar and not one person looked at us differently. Sorry but on this point you are completely wrong or you are sitting in the wrong seats. -
He has scored 3 for Norwich pre-season I believe.

I doubt he would have joined the board if it was taking that route. Another pointer on what the statements going to be.

Clubs fell into the Celtic blabber trap once and it nearly ruined Scottish football. I doubt they will do it again. After Wednesday this is a goner.

Normally I wouldn't post things from this person (I held myself in) but this is obviously Rangers related.

I have no idea what kind of people would see it that way to be honest. You can of course find something to be offended about even in a church if you are looking for it. -

Amongst 50.000 people you will always find something you don't like. I have never felt Ibrox unwelcoming and scary and to be honest it is the shouting you are a wanker at players from their first mistake that get on my chest. -

I certainly don't hate protestantism as I am one but I have to admit I was an SNP supporter from 18 yrs of age although because I live abroad I have never voted for them. I was always a labour person before that. Because of the Irish republicanism within the SNP I would not vote for them now. I would find it very hard to vote for the Tories, in fact impossible. -

Do we have to change because of what people see us as? I agree we do have an extreme but some people will only like us if we are like them. That would be giving up on our own identity and we can't do that. Cut out extremism but never forget our history, -

I can agree with you on a lot of points and agree we should support Rangers and not have other agenda's but we cannot shut protestantism and Unionism out of our history or just expect it to disappear because you or I dislike it. -
When i was back in Scotland I was disappointed first of all with the level of singing. Only now and again does a song get sung around the stands. Mostly it is the constant undecipherable chant of the Union bears stuck away in a corner. In Luxembourg i was further disappointed by the song book as there were few older numbers but the Cardoso song was sung every 5 minutes. We used to have such a large song book. Now I have read that the Cardoso song has been changed from "he is a class defender, he never gives the ball away" to "he hates the ****ing provos, he hates the ****ing ira" This makes me totally sad and disgusted to be honest. I doubt if Cardoso knows what a Provo is.

The Pre-Summer-2017 transfer rumours and hearsay all inclusive Thread

MILLERS WARNING Rotherham United boss Paul Warne rubbishes rumours linking Rangers midfielder Josh Windass with move to New York Stadium Windass, 23, had been linked with a move to the League One side after falling out of favour under Pedro Caixinha By Ryan McDonald 24th July 2017, 1:02 pm Updated: 24th July 2017, 1:39 pm ROTHERHAM UNITED have ruled out a move for Rangers outcast Josh Windass. Windass, 23, had been linked with a move to the League One side after falling out of favour under Pedro Caixinha. But Millers boss Paul Warne has rubbished talk that he could offer the midfielder a way out of Ibrox. He told BBC Radio Sheffield: “Where do I get linked with players all the time? It’s unbelievable. “No, there’s no connection there at all. I understand he’s a really good player but so is Messi and I’m not signing him. “So there’s no connection there at all – unless someone’s signed him behind my back and hasn’t told me.” Windass – who only joined Gers from Accrington Stanley last summer – is behind new boys Graham Dorrans, Ryan Jack and Carlos Pena in the pecking order. Fit-again Niko Kranjcar and Jordan Rossiter are also ahead of the Englishman, while Jason Holt is also an option. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT Rangers set to make final bid for Jamie Walker while Kenny McLean remains on Pedro Caixinha's radar It comes after Windass’ former Accrington teammate Matt Crooks quit Ibrox for Northampton Town last week. The midfielder claimed he has went on to ‘bigger and better things’ by swapping the Premiership for England’s third tier. He said: “It didn’t go how I wanted it to go at Rangers, but that’s football sometimes. “I am just looking forward to the future now, moving past it, and moving on to bigger and better things. ooks has no regrets leaving Rangers “Rangers are a big club, but I think at my age you just want to play football. “When I was at Accrington, obviously the facilities there are nothing like they are at Rangers, but I would probably say I enjoyed it more, because I was playing. “That’s what you want to do as a footballer, you just want to play. I have been given the opportunity to play here at Northampton, and that’s what I want to do.” Meanwhile Phil Brown claims Harry Forrester snubbed the chance to join Southend United. Forrester, 26, was a major transfer target for the Shrimpers at the start of the summer – but was keen to remain at Ibrox and fight for his future. However, the ex-Doncaster ace has since been banished from Auchenhowie and told he has no future at the club by Pedro Caixinha. But while admitting he still holds some interest, Blues boss Brown admits a move to Roots Hall is now unlikely. He said: “Harry poured cold water on it but if we could rekindle it then of course I would still be interested. “But we’ve spent our money in that area now with Michael Kightly and we need a centre-back and a holding midfielder more than anything else.” -
