Sorry but i do think a Rangers manager should be a man with Rangers morals. We all make mistakes and deserve a second chance but somewhere you have to draw a line. I can't believe that people would have Neil Lennon as manager. I could forgive his Celtic background but spitting on a Rangers scarf plus his woman beating and holding knives to woman's throats is just too much for me. The guy is a thug and I would never want him cleaning the toilets at Ibrox. I don't know enough about McKay but if he has made those statements then I don't think he fits the Job description.

Feynoord used to have the best academy in Holland but they did not put a Youth team into the Dutch 2nd division. It looks now that clubs whose players played in the 2nd division are bringing their players through more ready than Feynoord whose players play in the youth league. I still say the top teams in Scotland should have teams in the lower divisions learning their trade with the big boys.

Look at Peter Bosz at Dortmund he is also brought in to change the football style there. The first few games they shocked everyone and won but now the surprise element has gone and they have lost the last 3 games. Once his team get better at playing his system they will improve and start winning again as happened at Ajax. No matter what Bosz will not change his style and he will live or die by it. The Question is. How much time does a manager get and does he have the players to adapt to his system or will they revolt against change as the Rangers players obviously did. Warburton also took everyone by surprise in the beginning but even the teams in the lower division found out how to play against us. If you are going to change a style completely then you have to be given time. In saying that improvement has to be visible and that is where Pedro fell down. Personally I wish Warburton had been given the money Pedro got as I think with better players his basic system was a good one and we would have improved under him with better players. I will say though I have no idea what he was thinking when he signed Garner. He was totally the reverse side of the coin on how Warburton wanted to play.

I cannot believe that McInnes does not have a winning mentality. Do you honestly believe he goes on to the pitch hoping not to win. Aberdeen's budget against that of Ceptic was large and logically he could not get them better than second place. last season Rangers had a bigger budget than them and he still managed to have a better team than Rangers.

Yes I would. These are professional players and train with each other on a daily basis, Surely they know the basic tactics. Even at that they could have instructed him before he was ready to come on.

The one thing I really found stupid was when Ryan Hardie came on. Ready to come on 87th minute. Gets a 3 minute tactic talk on the tablet. 90+1 minutes gets on the field. Gets 1 kick of the ball and the game ends. Surely a quick go on and chase everything down would have been enough and just get the lad on the park.

I totally disagree. Have you ever heard an Orchestra full of professional musicians without a conductor. What would a factory be without managers? A football team with a poor leader will win nothing.

Maybe a fine is harsh in his circumstances but taking your shirt off has been outlawed for years so he knows it is yellow. If he mistimed a tackle 2 minutes after he would walk leaving the team to fight with 10 men. Just as a show of discipline I would fine him but probably a small amount as a statement it is not acceptable.
