  1. OOOh that wee dig at the end wasn't needed.
  2. I have no idea what it is like in Fraserbourgh now but it is frigg'n storming here.
  3. Former Celtic player charged with drink-driving after allegedly crashing his car yards from his home Celtic Park 0 comments A FORMER Celtic player has been charged with drink-driving after allegedly crashing his car just 500 yards from his home in near Manchester. Gorbals born Paddy Crerand, 78, was arrested at the scene as he headed home from a night out with wife Noreen, The Scottish Sun reports. Greater Manchester Police confirmed to the Evening Times Crerand was also charged with careless driving following the incident in Sale, early on Monday morning. The force said nobody was hurt. A spokeswoman for the force said: “Shortly after 1.45am on Monday, officers were called to reports of a collision in Sale. “Patrick Crerand has been charged with drink-driving and driving without due care and attention. “He has been bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on February 13.” The former Hoops midfielder played 91 times for boyhood heroes Celtic, scoring five goals. He played alongside George Best and Bobby Charlton during his time at Manchester United, a club he started playing for in 1962. He was inducted into the Scottish Football Hall of Fame in 2011. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/15858147.Former_Celtic_player_charged_with_drink_driving_after_allegedly_crashing_his_car_yards_from_his_home/
  4. Canaries swoop I have totally no problem we will not sign McLean. He has not impressed me at all.
  5. Fantastic preview FS. I hope you are right about the team but I expect Holt to be in there somewhere and i doubt Goss will start. I also doubt Cummings will start so it will be Morelos and Windass up front.
  6. Nah 21. Only 6 actually but i would love us to have that strip again. i would buy it for sure.
  7. You are again classing the whole support as hating Scotland which is just stupid. I have heard my B-in-L mention Ireland once because Celtic were playing there and he went to the game. He was a strong no vote in the referendum. He is now pensioned off but he was a strong active union representative almost all his working life. He probably voted labour his whole life but then so did I when I lived in Scotland.

Cheers mate i am passing on your info to Frankie. I don't think it will just be a presenter so probably 1 or 2 speakers as well. we have not discussed video so I don't think we will go down that route but as I say we have an open canvas at the moment.
  9. To be honest though I would say 80+% of Celtic supporters are just the same as us just supporting their team. It is unfair for us to think that we can be staunch but Celtic supporters can't be for their team. When I come back on holiday then I stay with my brother-in law who is a mad Celtic supporter as are all his family. He was even at their convention in LA this year. Yes we rib each other and when I put on my Rangers scarf to go to a game he always says "Hey get that oot ma hoose" I know if I got into a fight with Celtic supporters in a pub that he would be standing by my side. there really are a lot of good ( misled) guys around and a smaller number of idiots that our support also has.

To be honest we have not got this so far that we have been discussing a format other than it would be a host\hosts with guest\guests. What we have discussed is really on this thread. Without clearing things with Frankie (so I hope he agrees) we will look to get a team together and open a separate forum for the people involved. As has been said we are novices at this so we are looking for all the help we can get. If you can help us technically then I think Frankie will want you on board pretty quickly. For the rest we will invite all involved on to a Podcast forum and then we will start looking at the way ahead. I would say that if you do have technical knowledge then you and Frankie should get together as soon as possible as Frankie is going to be looking into the technical side of it in the next couple of weeks. I will put your name down in general but ask Frankie to contact you privately.

  12. That is impressive.
  13. He will probably have to take his own tumbler to listen as they will probably have plastic cups.
  14. I don't think he meant the post in a bad way.
  15. Get them coming out with their kilts and claymores.
  16. To be honest i think we would have wanted to sign Ronaldo. We obviously didn't want Naismith.
  17. Leave one letter out of the DR links. Just kidding.
  18. We now have 3 players who can play at right back. Tav, Jack and Martin. I am not even going to count Hodson as I hope I don't see him in a Rangers top again
  19. The dressing rooms actually reminded me of Firhill in my younger day.

Thanks gaffer I will note your name and keep you informed on the progress. We really need bits of everything and certainly people to produce content. We don't want to make it a copy of H&H and we couldn't to be honest as David Edgar has a style we couldn't get near copying. We hope we can bring a different type of show that offers a different style. The subject is the same of course. Rangers.

Cheers John I will add your name to the list. As I said this is still in a research and information gathering stage. One thing we have put upon ourselves is that it must be a quality product.
  24. You have the same choices you just have reasons to influence your choice not to do it.
