  1. I have removed the link for review but I believe Admin would prefer no links from that website.
  2. Totally agree, them winning it at Porkhead is nowhere near winning it at your main rivals ground. Just to see the biggest part of the stadium emptying while you are singing and dancing on their soil is a far greater feeling.
  3. Well I have seen Directors of football in Holland and some in Germany but I have never seen one who hasn't played football at a prof level. So all he really is is another director with a fancy name with no idea of the professional game. what a Ckuf up.
  4. They don't seem to send STV2 out over the Satellite. I tried login in with my mothers address but even using a VPN it says my postcode is not in the Glasgow area. I tried using a Glasgow postcode on their site and it let me create an account but it won't let me watch programmes.
  5. Great Coop it is yours.
  6. After Brexit we should ban British teams from Europe.
  7. I have just looked at our Director of Football's past and seemingly he has never played at senior level but has been a business man for most of his working life. He was well liked as Academy director but i would think that is mostly a business role. The worrying thing is that Murty keeps telling us that he and Allen have been working on players for next season. I really worry the whole rangers set-up looks like the blind leading the blind.
  8. Yes but Celtic saw earlier in the season that 2 wingers was not the answer and started playing 3 or 4 in the midfield. Murty does not seem to see that or doesn't want to change it no matter what. It is strange because he did go diamond shape for a few games and it worked.
  9. We never beat them under Warburton we only went through on penalties. Unfortunately there is a bunch of kids that have never seen us beating Celtic.
  10. Unfortunately alcohol has ruined many peoples life, he wasn't the first and he won't be the last.
  11. You are just daydreaming about getting her bum heated up.
  12. We now have a DOF making decisions who was only an academy director, we have a manager who is a youth coach and we are trying to bring in a youth coach as manager. There seems to be a new line being brought in .
  13. The unfortunate thing about the thread title is that, Tommorow never comes.
  14. Now that you are talking about Grass I was angry the way it was cut at Ibrox against Hearts. It looked like a frig'n celtic scarf. Now I understand Grass has to be green(although there is blue feeding these days to turn flowers blue so why not grass) but it does not have to be cut like it is Green and white stripes.
  15. Good I will have a watch of that. The Beeb and ITV coming out from under the Sky Umbrella was one of the best things to happen for ex-pats living on the continent. Hopefully our young guy's can give us something to cheer about. As I am typing Amazing Grace has just come on the radio,I hope that is some kind of omen.
  16. I really feel for you guys that live in Scotland having to face up to your Sellick supporting colleagues. The only positive is the season is almost over and we can look forward to next season with renewed hope. I do however feel worse for my Dutch friends who wake up today to look forward to their team FC Twente playing in the second division. This is indeed another indicator that money is not always the deciding factor as Twente have the 4th biggest budget in the Dutch leagues. i know it is little consolation but there are people who feel worse than us at this time.
  17. That is not going to happen. it will be Murty to the end of the season. Murty does not want to be seen as a quitter and Rangers will let him see out his contract. unfortunately everyone knows our weak point is down the middle and keep playing on it. Murty is determined not to learn from his mistakes it would seem. easier to keep hitting your head against a brick wall.
  18. Pedro and his management team talked a good game. He even managed to talk his way into the Rangers managers job. Selling Pena as a world class star that was off the rails but that Pedro could control would not be too difficult. Even the best people can get conned by a good con-man. His judgement should certainly be put under the loop in the future though if not sacked. I think they were hoping for another Gascoigne.
  19. Glad you noticed that. Absolutely terrible. Martin couldn't tackle a fish supper either.
  20. Candeias has much better stats as the lost neck monster but I am not sure how Forrest can have more shots on target but Candeias has a better shooting accuracy. That is strange.
  21. This is turning stories to suit your argument. Pedro started managing when he was only 28 and had been at a number of clubs as assistant or full manager. Teams managed 1999–2003 Desportivo Beja (youth) 2003–2004 Vasco Gama Vidigueira 2004–2006 Sporting CP (assistant) 2006–2007 Al-Hilal (assistant) 2007–2008 Panathinaikos (assistant) 2008–2009 Rapid București (assistant) 2009–2010 Saudi Arabia (assistant) 2010–2011 União Leiria 2011–2012 Nacional 2013–2015 Santos Laguna 2015–2017 Al-Gharafa 2017 Rangers 2017– Cruz Azul Ally McCoist had played under a number of managers and was assistant to Walter for 4 years. He was also a coach under Walter at Scotland so a step up to manager was not that crazy a decision. After all the great Bill Struth had taken roughly the same route. on the other hand Dave White also took the same route he had managed Clyde and was assistant under Scott Symon before stepping up and he failed to win a major title. Warburtons problem was not so much experience but bloody mindedness a trait that he has shown at virtually every club he has been at. You could have of course included John Greig who was taken from player to manager and flopped. Willie Waddell was successful at kilmarnock and gave us the ECWC and a LC but never won a title and he was experienced although he did give us the new Ibrox. PLG had experience in winning the French title 3 times but flopped with us. As you can see experience is not a guarantee for success as our history proves and unfortunately money probably is the biggest guarantee for success these days.
  22. I knew you posted it I just couldn't remember where. Cheers.
  23. Just a question in between. When is the Glasgow cup final with the u17's against them?
