  1. The way I see it it is not a level playing field as all clubs have not played the same amount of games. If they had there might be a point to consider taking things as they stand and calling the league finished. However that cannot be IMO.
  2. Sorry guys it is a critical time but as far as I'm concerned peoples health, and that includes players/officials etc. as well as fans is paramount. Regards possible resumption of games it should be possible to extend the league(it would be nice to have some summer football) and scrap the ludicrous "transfer window" situation. If necessary the next campaign could start later in the year and lead on to a summer finish next year. Regards transfers/new contracts etc. these can be re-negotiable IMO. If it were not football sense would prevail.
  3. IMO tactics being used now are what they are being asked/told to do it seems to be zonal than free flowing and completely understand your point.
  4. Not much wrong with most of the players as seen by early season results. Since winter break we seem to have lost the quick incisive movement we had and are now playing more sideway passes trying to invite opposition to come out from their shell and thus don't have the same momentum/ability to make speedy movement so we resort to long high balls which are easy meat to defences.
  5. Sense prevails in the interest of health & safety and hopefully some with the gift of Solomon will sort the league out professionally.
  6. Goldson for me after slating him last game kept it simple no silliness.
  7. Agree but Nippy's party are not doing anything about the child molesters which to me is showing favouritism to that club and would no doubt be happy to help them in their quest.
  8. Bet you there was more than one with bottles in the area it came from but only one idiotic enough to throw his,ah well punishment next season no doubt.
  9. The SNP are hoping that their voters win so they can help them in their claim to be awarded the title.
  10. I would rather say first European loss at home since our return to Europe.
  11. It is frustrating sitting here but have to be careful, as I have already posted re subway travel in the sardine cans, having too many underlying conditions to risk getting virus. Luckily or otherwise I have BT sport and will see game.
  12. And Tav he needs to show he is fit and actually be a captain.Having Kamara start worries me as his passing has been bad enough recently and with the pitch being as it is he better be careful.
  13. Don't think it will be played and that tonight the game will be a worthless statistic no matter outcome.
  14. It is ludicrous that they are doing so and being allowed to,but that's football for you. As much as I have paid my ticket I have decided to watch it at home because traveling like sardines on the subway puts me too close to other people and having had pneumonia last year and suffer from diabetes type two I would rather err on the safe side as I am 70 in a couple of months.
  15. Would hope something in place but feel that as he had not signed professional papers with us it is unlikely.
  16. Is there not enough going on with Hamilton officials???
  17. Ref got both wrong :- red for elbow on Aribo and play on advantage for second one, then a yellow.
  18. I know that it was toxic at the end and must admit that for the first time, since I started going to Ibrox(circa 1962/63),I actually booed the players off the field and may have used a few expletives. It was mainly aimed at Tavernier/Goldson whom as Captain & Vice-captain inspired no one at all.
  19. Thanks for that I still haven't calmed down since I got in from game and am spouting out what I feel after tonight, first time I have ever booed them off the field but it was all they deserved. Watching them limber up before the game they practice shooting and then in game pass ball to death it's soul destroying. Never mind am off for a shower then bed as I have my school crossing post in the morning.
  20. That's true to an extent but as usual too many of his passes were short or went to Hamilton players as has been the want for most of the season. From his early promise he has faded badly.
  21. I still think he will do a good job but will have to look at how he loans players out e.g. keeping Jone/Barker and loaning out Murphy who is playing well at his loan club. Docherty a revelation at Hibs,McCrorie holding a place at Portsmouth,etc..
  22. Okay we hit the bar a couple of times but there was no incision in our play--- first half pass the ball to death second half cross in meaningless balls which were easily dealt with by Hamilton defence. For once even the ref did not cost us as he had a better game than most of those recently.
  23. The biggest insult tonight was Tavernier going off and handing captain's armband to Goldson having cost us the game.
