If we became embroiled in an Atlantic league no doubt season ticket prices would be hiked and as someone who can just about afford it just now I would envisage having to give mine up which would be a sad day as I am not getting any younger.

Can't remember how long ago but think it was against Falkirk when Bomber Jackson caught the ball on the volley from about 40 yards and it screamed into the net. Another great goal Ray Wilkins volley. -
At least yesterday he put in a decent pass which led to a good cross for our goal.

Okay agree re manager's worth but he sees each game from the level might be worth going up to stand to see many fans view and get a different perspective on games. What I hate to see is time wasted in lead up to substitutions on looking and being shown graphs and paper plays.
-
If you were at recent games he took a couple of hefty whacks after all subs used and to be honest don't think he's fully shook them off, totally agree he needs a rest even if it means starting on the bench and coming on in MW's substitution window.

Have enjoyed the rapport since I joined but a bad experience stops me joining Twitter or Facebook and have tried Follow Follow but found it to be pretty rubbish not as informative as Gers Net. Keep up the good work.

Legends are what they are in peoples opinion so surprised not to see "Slim Jim"mentioned in this vein Many other players could spring to light "wee Willie" for instance. But I would prefer to see the term being gave club good service so should be remembered fondly, probably a bit long winded compared to the one word "legend"but would allow many others to be part of our folklore.

In A way it suits me as I might not have made the Saturday as me and the" boss" are going to the Hydro but it is the principle of it.

Would he have apologised to any other club I have no sympathy for Thomson or his team. -
Well done for his apology but he is still a prat of a referee but that goes for most if not all in Scotland.

If they got help from the SPFL they would have 18 months grace to get it right. Both organisations a total embarrassment:ost: -
Nearly agree but we don't have infinite time.

Am all for the protest against SD and the attempt to get people to boycott the store.I am not speaking on a personal basis for the rest of my post but I have sympathy for,say a parent /grandparent who has taken the chance to pay at the gate and has a child/grandchild with them. They may come under pressure to buy them a scarf/top etc. so how do they if aware of explain the politics of buying from the shop,so some people may be cut a little slack, because that youngster is a future fan.

Miller is more part of the possession, passing statistics with his movement and if you watch him it is a quite impressive work-rate and having thrown in a few goals to me he has done a good job.It is little wonder that he is normally substituted on the hour mark. Waghorn also has a high work-rate but is looking a little jaded at the moment needs a rest but there the problem lies replaced by whom?
-
Good interpretation of the game should be used to complement the good use of substitutes and not a pre-planned change.I agree with the thoughts that substitution tactic is pre-planned but watching games from other sources there seems to be many of the changes made on the hour mark,a sign of modern manuals?

Not too much up on this but did not former "owners" try to grab money from the supporters groups whereas current chiefs are trying to work hand in hand by combining groups with a view to place at table on offer.Surely a step in right direction if groups could agree.
