I decided not to go to that game as we had family things on. Like you Pete I always used stairway thirteen for ease of getting on to Copeland to get to the ferry. Spent an anxious time waiting for news of a family member who turned up safe. A terrible terrible day and how the scum can desecrate memories is beyond me ,but as many who do are too young to remember I can only put it down to upbringing.

All this makes it hard to bite your tongue when talking to pals/mates who you have known for years and support this mob. It would be awful to lose long term friendship if you find the supporting this immoral behaviour so only converse games v them with fellow bears.

I understood your post but was pointing out that it a welcome sight to see them in the toilets at Ibrox to stop the smokers and be able to use the facility without having to breathe in the poison. Agree that stewards should be on hand,maybe unable to stop what happened,but presence a deterrent.

Sorry Ian the opposite is true at Ibrox until the stewards started coming in at half time in the Sandy Jardine front toilets you could not move or breathe due to the smokers.It is a welcome intrusion.

Said last season that "planA" was easy to read and now that we have finished that test this year's "planA" has not changed and all teams in the SPL have had plenty of time to set up tactics to deal with us so maybe new tactics have to be employed. Wilson is not an answer as him and Kiernan are too similar and personally I prefer Kiernan but if Senderos is to be played it looks as if will have to be Wilson as he is left footed and it looks as if Senderos is going to be played on the right of central defence. Windass should be a shoe in for midfield where I would like him to be joined by Forrester and Holt,with Barton or Rossiter playing behind them. Perm the forwards from Miller/Waghorn/Garner. Mckay/O'Halleron/Krancjar/Halliday and Dodoo when fit on bench with Hill and Gilks.

JFK I have been making my views the same way all season and understand completely everyone else's views and hope I am wrong re top3 or 55,but I feel that the Board are putting undue pressure on the management team as they are right to be prudent but this may be at a cost to their aspirations.

I see 55 no longer being mentioned but demands for top 3. Come on be realistic and look to accept top 6,with anything else a bonus,we need most importantly to consolidate or place in this division.

Gave up listening to pressers long ago as they are so repetitive with same old wording. All you hear about is how things seem to be going so well at Auchinhowie so if that's the case bring it to the field of play please or change the wording of the pressers.

Agreed that it is totally out of order to do this but I wonder if it was the same crowd who trashed the toilets at Hampden in the cup semi final. Churlish regards your statement re chairman as without his intervention we would not be here as a club as Sh****y and his team would have finished what Green,Whyte et all did not manage. We are back in the SPL and should consolidate this season with a top 6 finish at least and take bigger strides as and when we can. Should the unthinkable happen and we have another financial melt-down it might not be that we survive and if we do and have to undertake another "journey" how many of us would be up for it. It's time for everyone to take a "realistic" view of things just now.

Positives:- Foddy no chance with goals a couple of good saves and catches,Windass a shoe in for regular start,Miller worked to good effect supporting Tav and setting up goal,Tav a better defensive display and Barton didn't hide other than that hard to think of any more.
