Welcome to the Forum. Yes Sakala can be erratic and is frustrating at times,but a good squad member. A couple of similarly frustrating players from the past---The Tin Man(ted McMinn) gave us laughs and "Dandy" George McLean highly talented on his day but shocking when not on form.

Hopefully for good from the club,same as Helander both need to go.

Think heshould be released as it is unlikely he will ever feature in a sustained run of games,similarly Helander and maybe Soutar.

Maybe about time as they have spent so many years just aiming to finish mid-table,so will get kick up their a***s that's needed.

Going back to Tavervier if he were to show so much attention to his defensive duties as the attention and fussiness he does when making sure the ball is a millimetre over the corner arc maybe he might improve!!!!!!

You could have a team of "best" players or a "best" team but unfotunately it was neither today.

Therein lies our problem no tactical awareness,he could even have passed the ball into the net instead of a totally uncontrolled blast at the ball.

Not me we were a total basket case under Gio and Michael came in and steadied the ship,today he made wrong choice of starting Lundstram and Kamara together,one just back from injury and the other WELL???!!!!. Hopefully he will have seen that we need leadership on the pitch which our Hall of Fame inductee does not have. Until he can get rid of our permanantly/or every other game easily crocked players we are in a no win situation.

Haven't read most of the posts but having been at that shithouse and witnessed a crap game can understand why we don't get the big bucks England do. Our Hall of Fame inductee did not show anything as to why,indeed his pass straight to one of them showed how ineffective he is and led to the second goal,ok he scored that free kick last week,and how bad his leadership is. Only when Jack and the other subs ame on offered us any hope. IMHO we were not beaten by a superior but by ourselves as the effort of some went unrewarded,especially Kent first half,and the medioctery of others Lundstram and KAMARA especially. Don't think I will go back to that hovel of a ground due to the absolute difficulty of travel,and I don't stay out of town,and nothing to do with result.

Not now but I remember many years ago, sobbing my heart out when Slim Jim came back from down souh as to me then he was not the same player.

Seen first half before leaving for Ibrox,from what I saw if everton played same way in second half they deserved the win.

Was at game todayand :- 1) Referee worst yet this season absolutely pathetic. 2) Yet another bus parking team(most of (game). 3) A few solid displays Tillman,Cantwell Goldson/Davies.Sakala and in some ways Morelos.* 4) Keeper problem deepening although he had one good save. 5) Full backs need rested. 6) Finally, today the absolutely ridiculous flagging for off-side rule resulted in an injury due to late flag.This was always going to happen and unfotunately for Lundstram he was the victim. * Did not include late subs.
