A strange game plenty of movement /endeavour first half and reasonably enjoyable to watch. Second half what the hell happened we were so far of the pace it was painful to watch and then at end the McGregor incident which I couldn't see from my seat so thought it was another mad Madden moment.Called the refereee all names at that point but having seen the video he was 100% correct. Good performances from Katic/Davis and Jack but not so from Tavernier/Flanagan/Candeias.

Well said Craig and you only have to look at Kent,came as a "raw" loanee and fought hard for a place which he now holds on merit.As for loaning players out look at Docherty and Rudden,although different levels both have been voted player of the year at their respective clubs. With SG having a full pre-season albeit shortened due to European qualification he will have time to assess the current squad/new signings/returning loanees etc. so no sense in writing off or criticising till this is done.

Yes we got to Manchester and enjoyed the atmosphere for a couple of days,made friends with the locals and it was carnival time. On the night of the game some B*****d pulls the plug in Piccadilly Square ,to ensure all the riot police hired,and hiding up side streets were able to do a job. Have never forgiven that City ever since,even though I and my sons were lucky enough to be in a different area and not get caught in the mayhem.

As far as I am concerned we are talking a Glasgow based problem as Orange walks take place in many cities/towns and pass without any headlines. It is easy to see that many Rangers fans attach themselves to the pavements aligning the roots,as do thousands of members of the general public,and support the marches without causing any trouble. However there are a mindless number who relate to this being against the IRA,who as we all know did not exist basically till the last century or so,and thus their actions are what brings the marches into disrepute. With regards to self stewarding the OO does this to very good effect but are not trained/authorised to deal with the mindless morons which is the job of the law officers. Until these morons can see themselves for what they are a solution will be hard to find.
