I'm sorry SBS, but no. Every time that mob start their guff about William Wilton, Richard Gough or Gazza I smack them straight back with Torbett. Too often I've heard the excuse, sometimes from Rangers supporters, that child abuse is not a laughing matter or something to be used for point scoring. In fact I totally agree with that sentiment. However, child abuse is not where I'm coming from - the systematic COVER UP of child abuse that went on at their midden is a fact they should be reminded of at every turn. Since our meltdown that lot have tried to take the moral high ground. Chinese whispers built on complete lies from scum bloggers are carried around like AK47's to be pulled out when the debate turns to us. I seriously object to my being found guilty by association for the actions of Murray, Whyte or anybody else. I have committed no crime but somehow because I paid to watch my team win a few leagues I am responsible for schools closing or some squaddie being cold in a trench in a foreign country. Feck them. Every time they accuse a Rangers supporter fling Torbett and the actions of their board straight back at them. Were I a bit more literate I'd do a blog about it every single week. Sorry mate, but no.

I think the Record exposed Cairney, the guy who took over from Torbett too.

" JOEY BARTON’S Rangers career ended last Thursday when he stormed out of the club’s training complex for the final time with his own coffee machine under his arm. Record Sport can reveal Barton reacted furiously after being frogmarched into the first-team dressing room by a security guard and ordered to empty out his locker. He was also clobbered with the added humiliation of being banned from using the senior players’ car park and canteen as part of a strict ‘off limits’ edict following the end of his two-month suspension for a furious fall-out with manager Mark Warburton. As part of a peace deal Barton was expected to train with the kids until January when he will return to English football with Burnley and Aston Villa already leading the chase for his signature. But he signed off on the sick with stress on Friday morning after just one training session with the kids. And Record Sport can reveal that, before he left, he walked into the first-team dining room to take back a top of the range coffee machine he had bought for his team mates. A source said: “A few weeks before his bust up with the manager Joey bought a coffee machine and had it put into the first team dining room. It was a gesture of good will. “But after all the humiliation he was put through on Thursday he decided to take it back. It was clear at that moment that he would not be returning. The next day he was signed off with stress and he’s not been seen at the training ground since.” http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/furious-joey-barton-grabbed-coffee-9222827?
  4. While admitting that I don't see much of English football, Charlie must have become a totally different player from the one I watched at Ibrox - constantly looking for and failing at a 40 yard pass when there was a team mate nearby and blowing out his erse after 20 minutes springs to mind. In saying that, none of the instantly forgettable players who's names I can't even remember after 2 qualifying campaigns seem to hold any skills that Charlie is devoid of - or maybe they are just able to run about a bit longer ?? Fecking Fletcher and Brown sum up what's wrong with that squad. Shoe-horned in despite having been garbage for 10 years or so.

He didn't show wanting to win or anything else in the game against the manks walt. He simply disappeared like the rest of them. I gave up listening to "folk in the know on FF" many years ago mate. At best, most turned out to be attention seekers. As for Walter Smith - that's kind of an if your auntie had baws point imo. I'd agree that it's been a shambles. But until I know the full story I won't be blaming Warburton or anybody else except Barton. A drop in the teams form doesn't make our manager at fault for everything that's gone on so far.

I think it was a " we understand " report. They say Rangers have offered him 2 months wages to go.

I see the Record and the usual suspects have him close to leaving with "a bumper payoff ". How do they think they know that ? Maybe Bartons job is different to mine , but I couldn't get any kind of pay off until I returned to work from being on the sick.
  8. LDY was the guy involved in the Aberdeen Asset Management case which was the one the manks kept referring to when looking at what Murray had been up to.
  9. The Russians did it when Stalin met Churchill and Roosevelt at Yalta.
  10. Only in a totally deluded country could a judge make a decision based on "reality" rather than common law or the stated cases which the law in Scotland has always been based, have the decision appealed, and go out selling tickets at 25 quid a pop to even more deluded and obsessed toerags before the final decision is reached. What's the betting JJ, Brennan, the tarred one and the rest of those earning a living writing about Rangers carry him around the room shoulder-high at the end of the evening ?
  11. Maybe that's where the tarred ones exclusive information........... sorry, garbage, is coming from ?
  12. " Controversial Rangers shareholder Mike Ashley caught up in spying row as MPs claim Sports Direct planted bug. THE MPs say they discovered a recording device as they visited Ashley's Derbyshire HQ, planted by a "kind" lady who had brought them sandwiches. A GROUP of MPs claim to have found a recording device while holding private discussions during an unannounced visit to Sports Direct's controversial warehouse in Derbyshire. Members of the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee travelled to Shirebrook for an on-the-spot inspection this afternoon and were taken on a three-hour tour of the premises. After the visit, the six MPs headed for a private room to discuss their impressions when they said a recording device was found. Anna Turley, MP for Redcar, said: "At the end of the meeting, we sat down to have a private conversation in a room by ourselves. "A lady came in with some sandwiches, which was very kind. I saw her take too long to do it, she put it down and I saw her put a recording device on the floor. "She left the room and I went over to pick up the device and there it was – a camera and a recording device for the conversation that we were having privately. "I'm very disappointed." A spokesman for Sports Direct declined to comment. Iain Wright, chair of the committee, spoke to Sports Direct chief Mike Ashley on the phone after the MPs left the warehouse. " .................... 13. I didn't even get to listen on the radio today. I'll take what I've read here and not bother with the highlights.
  14. Stick to colouring-in books mate. That tipping point is just beyond the pale.
  15. . The cases have been "deserted temporarily". They can be brought up again in the future. Possibly depending on what the guy facing a trial soon says in court ?
  16. I wouldn't put money on all the criminal cases being over after Whytes mate. I think there will be more to come.
  17. From something I read in the past - a certain amount of SD held shares are worth twice as much in voting value to the ones held by Rangers. The effect is that SD hold the power within Rangers Retail.
  18. I think it was Crawford that the guys on vanguardbears sponsored when he was with us.
  19. Puma and Sports Direct have a contract with Rangers Retail. Rangers have ended any dealings with Rangers Retail. Rangers own the copyrights and trademarks. Rangers say they are raising actions against the others for using the rights and marks. I would assume Rangers are saying that Rangers Retail was really Ashley is disguise and all deals with RR are not in the interest of Rangers shareholders.
  20. My understanding was that Rangers have cut out Rangers Retail completely. Not only can RR not produce branded goods, they can't even sell them.
  21. No. Sorry mate, but I won't be giving Ashley one brown cent. King and Co supposedly have enough money between them to keep us going. If they haven't, they should move out.
  22. Without being an expert in any way in all of this, a couple of things spring to mind - Rangers [Green] sign up with S.D. Green is running out of money so signs over trademark rights, etc for a £5 million loan. King & Co pay back the £5 million so the rights revert to Rangers. There is a fall out between Rangers and SD. The initial deal is still there but maybe Rangers are telling SD and Puma that they can produce and sell our strips but, unless the contract is renegotiated, it will be without our badges, etc ? SD and Puma obviously disagree. What gets me is where Ashley can think he still owns the trademarks. My hope rests on Rangers taking them to court in an attempt to prove that Green was not acting on behalf of any shareholders other than himself. The above could be complete rubbish btw.
  23. Rangers have already stated they'd begin their own legal action against SD and others. I'd suspect Ashley has started this one as a side show to ours.
  24. You're probably right Cal. But after years and years of listening to their deluded guff my brain just comes to expect it from them. I seem to remember them scoring a last minute winner to qualify, possibly against Turkey ??? and not 10 minutes later the panel were confidently predicting the semi-final at least with a why not final in prospect. As to Ians points before yours - that's what we've come to expect from Scotlands media. Mind you, we've had balloons giving opinions up here as long as the English mob have been doing it.
  25. Stepping to the side for a second Frankie - does anybody know what this is about ? - Young & Partners Bus – v – Rangers First 2014 EDI-SC206-16 scheduled for court in Edinburgh today. I didn't want to start a new thread.
