  1. I'll tell the jokes mate ! When do that mob ever sit among the plebs ? The statement at the time said the observer was in the Main Stand.
  2. The first victim of tv evidence that I know of was Graeme Souness when he got done for being in the tunnel at Ibrox during the period of a touchline ban. And that was at a time when tv evidence was not accepted by the SFA. Shortly after that incident I sat in every seat at the front of our main stand to prove that it was simply not possible for any observer to have seen Souness standing where he was.
  3. McCabe had nobody but himself to blame for not still being at Ibrox. Slagging your team mates and coaching staff in front of. the assistant managers father is not a very wise move - especially when you have produced the square root of zero to justify a place in the side yourself.
  4. I may well be wrong but I'm almost certain that legal aid is not available for such cases. If anything it'll be handled by some crowd of ambulance chasers like Thompsons or that mob Whyte is using to make his claims.
  5. Rangers were not relegated. We were thrown out of the SPL and out of football. We had nowhere to go if the lower league clubs hadn't voted to accept us.
  6. At least a couple did us a turn and were due thanks too.
  7. The whole of the gangrene brigade were banned. A short while later they got rewarded with their own section and later a standing section. As some guy on tv said tonight - the SFA statement was the waste of a good tree.
  8. I've just returned from 5 days in Spain with no internet access. It pleases me to see that these complete dumplings are acting the same way despite a new year having arrived. Before I left I'd seen Ill Phil havering about his correspondence with GCC. Basically he'd written asking 20 questions which were really the same question in 20 different forms. He got a reply but then wrote back asking if all the heid bummers at GCC were aware of the rumours started by the decrepit clown John James and wanting a list of who would accept responsibility if and when Ibrox fell down. He got the same reply - Ibrox has been inspected and has a safety certificate. Last I heard he'd also contacted the Scottish parliament looking for a name to blame when the roof goes sailing off killing pure mullions. Their resolution 12 garbage having failed this is obviously their new toy. Sad sad people.
  9. No mate . A little bit more credible than that.
  10. Thanks DB. However the last link you gave us here to watch any Sky, BT channels would not allow us in the UK to watch. It messaged " Not allowed in your country." Here's hoping for this one though.
  11. I'm passing on an informed rumour from a reasonable source here - apparently O'Halloran believes he is a superstar. While others are getting down to extra work after training he is sitting down texting on his phone. Waghorn despite being told to quit it , is continuing to try to bulk up. That isn't going down too well either. To be honest I'm not sure whether to believe it or not. Please don't ask for the source guys because I won't say.
  12. Those options are certainly better than the name I keep getting whispered in my ear - Lafferty.
  13. Due to family business I didn't attend. I haven't even seen the highlights yet. I caught a few minutes on radio and we seemed to be doing well. Any opinion will be made later.
  14. Brown gets away with how he plays because he plays in Scotland and referees allow him away with murder. Look at how he plays in European or even Scotland matches to prove that point. As for Wallace - Brown couldn't lace his boots.
  15. I thought we were fantastic in small bits. Some of the runs our guys were making were terrific. We did enough tonight to win two games. Unfortunately yet another defensive howler cost us points.
  16. Given the amount of financial support our fans have signed up to, how long this rumour has gone on, and to me personally it shouldn't have been more than 30 minutes, the fact there is now a supporters association/club/assembly/ or whatever its newest name is, yet again all I can relate to is the Murray days. THIS SHYTE SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED AT SOURCE. NO DEBATE.
  17. Following our last showing Warburton has the chance to prove he possesses a large pair of hobnail boots which he will not be afraid of connecting with a few of our players erchies. Nobody is looking for or expecting a world class display. What I want to see is some of the carelessness and torpor cut out.

    BJK today

Maybe that is how you see it personally. In fact how many others may see it. "Gleefully revelling" is not how I do it. It is a direct accusation when I sing it. "Most legendary figure" doesn't come into the debate unless you're on about the manks own twisted accusations of how Struth was somehow involved in the death of Wilton. " we would have sung re other characters from all walks of life who've covered things up, especially such abuse, in the past." ?? Who would you propose prior to or post Stein ?
  19. I've been known to haunt the bar front in there myself Frankie. Family business prevents me attending this match but I'll keep your post in mind for future reference.
  20. Having played both sports I've always held the opinion that any kid showing the promise of making it as a footballer should be forced to spend a period playing rugby to teach them respect for the authority of the referee. It might also speed up a soccer match by stopping the need to bring on medical assistance every time a player breaks a fingernail or a shoelace or similar. A period driving motorcycles before being allowed to drive a car is another I'd recommend.

    BJK today

Sorry to appear to dig you up personally again BD, but this is the line the manks and their ilk always push when the subject is brought up and it's entirely wrong. The Rangers fans aren't singing about child abuse. Nobody is saying that Stein abused any kids. It's the covering up of the child sexual abuse that's being referred to. Stein knew. Stein said nothing. That makes him fair game as far as I'm concerned.

    BJK today

As far as I know BJK is not banned under any criminal legislation therefore can be looked at as banter. Singing in praise of cowardly murdering terrorist scumbags is most definitely illegal. I don't criticise sellik fans for singing those songs. My criticism is of the authorities who don't arrest every single clatty one of them every single week.
  23. There is also the injuries or simply not performing from those we signed close season. Hopefully all that clears up and we can start to judge properly.
  24. I stopped buying it in the 70's mate.
  25. Although I was brought up listening to Dave Clark Five I was never really aware of just how big they were in the USA until I watched a documentary on the band last weekend on tv. I love the song.
