Why would a Bear tweet this?
In the full expectation that some mank would retweet it as a genuine photograph ?
It's probably now on every mank forum as "proof" that Miller should have been sent off.

Sorry mate. I said I'd get back to you.
Unfortunately 2 out of 3 of my mates will be on holiday in Fuerteventura at the time.
I have the possibility that I'll be moving to Spain in the next couple of weeks.
Hopefully next year.

I saw Griffiths on the Scottish news there saying Hill didn't touch the ball. I hope somebody here with more knowledge than I have can post a gif showing him up for the lying bassa he is.

Best of luck to them with that appointment.

Never one to fail to pass on information from imaginary "friends" within his own head, the tarred one comes out with this cracker -
There are 81 million shares in Rangers. King owns 15%. He'll need to offer 20p a share which equals £14 million.
RIFC shares are worth 0.04p each. To place a sale costs 4-5p a share. Therefore the shares are effectively worthless.
He failed to answer the question why there would be absolutely NO take-up at 20p for shares that are worthless.
0 -
would that not only be the case if they DIDN'T offer the other other shareholders???
I read something earlier which to me seemed to be saying that the 3 bears would have to get rid of some of their shares if 50% of holders did not accept 20p a share.

it takes the shine off a good season for them
Mate, in the season that saw them win everything they entered, including a Question of Sport type tv programme they still went on about refereeing decisions.
The result against us doesn't matter to that mob. The fact that yet another referee denied them yet another "stone-waller" is what they'll remember. Stand on me - in 50 years they'll still be talking about it.

I was surprised Hill was even up that far though in saying that it was down to the last few minutes and it's all or nothing at that point.
Before making my score prediction I considered Hill as FGS as I thought a corner or similar would be our best chance and a header from him was likely.
That's 2 games in a row I changed my mind at the last second.

Dermot Gallagher will no doubt upset the manks and place his double glazing at severe risk -
" DERMOT'S VERDICT: I think it's a foul, but the picture from behind the incident shows where the referee is, and he can't see, he has no idea if he's played the ball or not. In that situation, Madden doesn't know if he's played the ball or not, he can't gamble and can't give a penalty. "

I would guess what's disturbing them as much as anything else is that before this they thought the semi final was a foregone conclusion and that cup is effectively all that's required to secure a treble. Now it's not so clear cut as they liked to think it was and how painful will it be to have it snatched away by a depleted Rangers that's been through the mill over the past 5 years. A repeat of their humiliation last year when defeated by a Championship level Rangers.
I'll be honest, I didn't give us much hope before yesterday and awaited the cup game with dread.
Now, although not saying we are by any means certainties for the cup match, I think we have a better chance than I did before.
We showed yesterday that they can be got at. More importantly for me, the centre of our defence looked more solid.

Ewan Murray's write-up in the Grauniad predicted that the penalty claim would be used to deflect from a poor Celtic performance but that, in spite of their claims "The reality is this was not nearly as obvious a penalty as Celtic’s contingent would have onlookers believe". About the size of it in a game that didn't really have much serious controversy: I'd probably have been claiming for it if it had been us but the idea that it was some stonewaller is utter bollocks.
https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/mar/12/celtic-rangers-scottish-premiership-match-report
One look at forums such as kerrydale st shows what the truth of the matter is - while slaughtering all but a couple of their own players they just can't bring themselves to give any credit at all to Rangers players or their performance.
Of course within a few hours the whole thing boils down to yet another masonic referee and that's the only thing they'll ever remember about yesterdays match - once again a bent referee cheated them.
I hope the sellik team do the same thing. A surprise awaits in the cup game if they do.

Second class lying tramp and full time beggar, the fool JJ has this to say,
" Celtic were lacklustre yesterday. Had it not been for the reflexes and positioning of Craig Gordon, who denied Waghorn from close range on two occasions, their unbeaten run could have come to an end. However on the balance of play no-one, other than one-eyed blood-wading bigots, would have begrudged them the three points. A blood-wading one-eyed bigot saw to it that honours would be even when he denied Celtic’s Leigh Griffiths a penalty. Griffiths was about to pull the trigger on a close range shot. A shot that nine times out of ten would have resulted in a goal. Clint Hill, from behind, lunged at him, catching him waist-high, to deny him this opportunity. Hill did not touch the ball. It was as clear a penalty as you are ever likely to see. A professional foul that the assistant referee flagged. Bobby Madden, as I predicted on this site, is so dyed-in-the-wool pro-Rangers that he was never going to award Celtic a penalty. I predicted that he would cheat to subvert the result. I knew he would revert to WATP type for the big calls. He did not disappoint me."
He also quotes Griffiths,
" “It was a penalty. He has not touched the ball and the referee is asking me afterwards if he touched the ball. If he has not touched the ball he has got to give a penalty or book me for diving. I am going to put the ball in the back of the net. He has caught me at waist height, he has not touched the ball. It is a decision that cost us the three points. Bobby Madden is the only one in the stadium who doesn’t think it is a penalty but it is over now, we can’t dwell on it. It is another point towards the title.”
Is there anybody else in the whole wide world who's saying that Hill didn't touch the ball ? I'd reckon replays show he clearly did touch the ball. The whole debate was over Hill having to go through Griffiths to make that touch on the ball. To sum up, Griffiths is telling lies.

Is Pedro not bringing his own guys with him and all that's being called for is a local to help him understand what Rangers are all about ? Ie, we're not looking for an assistant coach ?
Or am I missing something here ?

It looks as though we'll soon have 2 goalkeeping coaches. Would the current incumbent be any good ?

So you are considering that you know more than most. That is interesting and a bold statement. Please enlighten us with the information you have;)2
" I know nothing about our new manager. " in the sentence before that one covers it Pete.
It's a warped way of saying that practically nobody on here knows anything about the guy.
I worded it badly, that's all.

Meanwhile, over on Kiddyfiddler Street they are taking the result with their usual good grace and sense -

We were up against a cheating Hun carrot of a ref who blatantly effed most decisions in the first 20/30 mins of the match - so we got no momentum whatsoever and that's hugely important
In what developed our back four were piss poor and exposed mainly because bar our captain there was nothing there
Armstrong will probably get a free pass from most but if he hadn't scored he was right behind bitton as being mia
Taking bitton off was right decision -any time it gets tough he goes missing - he can be a steadying influence if we are trying to unlock but jeez he's awful in fight
Him off showed the front line up - I thought Forrest was best of them in first half but after he was pulled dembele and Sinclair were abject
The decision to take Armstrong off was probably forced and Kouassi would have been off on first tackle from madden
Griffuths did well but you can't okay any Hun team with 4 up front and only one effective in midfield and aback four inc a nervous svistchenko and boyata who did ok but is still a bombscare
That said we'd have won if a non Scottish ref had been in charge for penalty
What a effin abject ridiculous decision - he's a carrot a effin carrot and in any other country he'd never see another match but after Beaton last week and madden this we know it'll be one of these carrots or son of anti catholic Joker Dallas who gets the semi and final
He didn't cover himself in glory today and perhaps the adulation for his 24 hour athlete guru stuff has led to some complacency - but bad pitch or not we were poor poor poor
They are crap and we should beat them
Another midfielder and striker earlier summer will help
Well done Gordon - God forbid de vries had been in goal
Anyhow here we go 10iar
Ps drink has been taken.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bitton was far from the worst player. The team definitely got worse in second half. I assumed he was injured?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sinclair was the worst player on the pitch.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolutely. He was dreadful.
This about a squad of players who are individually worth in excess of at least 10 million each.

I'm making no comparisons whatsoever. I know nothing about our new manager. I suspect most here know less than I do.
He is now our manager. Give him a chance is what I'm saying.
If it doesn't work out - get rid of him along with whoever made the decision to employ him.

The Knowledgeable One?
I thought that he was TT - too mean to drink.
After the AA meetings maybe ? The car crash did it I believe.
