All football at every level played in Scotland is under the auspices of the SFA Pete. The SPL refused to let us into their wee club so we applied to the SPFL. But both of those organisations come under the SFA who report to UEFA and FIFA when it comes to euro or international matches. In the end, no matter what league we were playing in, if we wanted to play at Ibrox we'd need the SFA to sanction it.

Football rules did not allow that and we'd have needed SFA approval to play our home games in Scotland whether in a Scottish league or not. I don't think for one second they'd have given us that permission.

From what I read while following the trial Johnston and the others were made out to be extending Bains contract and inserting conditions into Walters without Murray being made aware. The point seemed to be that Murray had other larger problems to deal with and left the board to get on with things.

I think we have no third party debt simply because we are have no bank overdraft facility and are unable to find any lenders.
