  1. Speaking purely as an old guy, they annoy me.

They do their best to create an atmosphere. Unfortunately their atmosphere just annoys me.

Sing the old songs. There are plenty of them.

Instead we get Brown Girl In The Ring fecking ANNOYING garbage that lasts for half an hour at a time.

I know a few of the lads. They drink in my local. They are fecking annoying there too.

Ignore me youngsters. Keep doing what you're doing. It annoys me but I'd rather have that than the tut-tut mob around me in the main stand.

  2. I agree that the board appear to be very timid. Even if they asked, publicly, for clarification of the decisions that were made by Beaton then the fans could see them doing something.

It makes a person wonder if they (the SPFL/SFA) are still holding something over our board which would warrant their subservient attitude.

I put up with seasons of "clarification" from the Gary's in the east end, from boardroom to dressing room to London Road slophouse via deranged arseholes like Ill Phil.

Things are way beyond the pale now. If our board sit back and simply take what is currently going on then they can go feck themselves. I bought into Rangers men needing our help. In return I look for parity.

This pantomime has gone on for too long.

  3. The only way to put Lennon in his place is on the football pitch. Hump Hibs and he won't be quite so boistrous. Personally, I'm not really impressted with Club1872's statement as it will achieve nothing and puts the Rangers support in victim mode.

I hope the board have contacted the SFA about Beaton's performance on Saturday.

Plenty of teams have "put Lennon in his place " over the years. Apart from his whining and bleating about "level playing fields" or "fairness" it made not a blind bit of difference to him. He's a professional "victim" who seems to go out of his way to become exactly that.

That ratbag should have been jailed never mind banned for his behaviour up to now. I'll repeat what I've said since I first saw that maggot appear - he's a cancer on our game and it's long past time for the football authorities to get rid of him.

  4. Meanwhile a resident of Planet Mank has made contact with Earth in the form of the Record Hotline ---

" Liam Maley, Glasgow , said: "Lennon's lawyers must prosecute the SFA, Police Scotland and Rangers.

"All of them failed to provide a duty of care whilst Lennon was carrying out his job at Ibrox. There are laws to prosecute hate crimes.

"The SFA and the Police allowed Celtic's Scott Sinclair to be racially abused and did nothing while Rangers swept it under the carpet now it's the same for Lennon.

"Only in Scotland could the victim become the perpetrator." "

    :laugh2:

  5. No mention anywhere about the Hibs fans singing go home ya huns!...............

The beggar tramp liar JJ has 50 Hivs fans, wimmen and children included, [the only thing missing was a blind cripple] being attacked by Rangers fans at the turnstiles and then being subjected for the whole match to being bombarded by cups of Bovril, piss, cigarette lighters, etc, etc from Rangers fans in the stand tier above them.

  6. I haven't even seen the highlights of the match, and truth be told don't want to see them.

My daughter and grandson who were at the game gave me a report which confirmed what I thought would happen this season.

Expect very much more of the same in the games to come. It wouldn't surprise me if we are reduced to 8 men when we play the manks.

  7. It was only a matter of time before that maggot made complaints of being oppressed and persecuted.

He was a cancer on Scottish football before he left and has simply returned to what he was before.

He deserves every single piece of abuse he receives. It's his own fault.

  8. I dont know mate his blood pressure must be through the roof.

There's a certain ex footballer who has promised within the past couple of months that Cosgroves blood will be all over the walls and ceilings since an apology was not forthcoming following a complaint.

There's saying things in jest. Then there's not only taking the piss but being downright libelous.

He's made a very big mistake with this guy, believe me. ;)3

  9. Good news. I'm heading over to Goa again in January. The local who sets up my beach lounger, washes beach towels, and wears his feet down to the bone running back and forward serving me food and drink for 14 hours every day gets a Rangers jersey on our visit.

    Hope it's a cracker.

  10.

They don't fucking know about the welfare state in most cases, and they certainly benefit from it less than native Brits when they get here.

RB7, as said before, I don't generally get involved in these debates as they mostly come down to opinion, which like the saying goes is like erseholes - everyone has one. But to address this specific point you make, they don't NEED to know about our welfare state - a whole industry, some state subsidised and some charity fed is there to explain exactly what they are entitled to. We have thousands there to attend to their needs. I know this because I have 3 members of my family earning a fairly decent living doing just that.

I'm not in any way saying that migrants are living in luxury sitting watching 53 inch tv's . They survive, which is exactly why they say they were coming here in the first place.

I "survive" too while juggling the usual bills with no job and not a penny from the state.

  11. Not any help right now mate but I've a lot on my plate family/business-wise and will not be making any games for the next few weeks at least.

Unfortunately my ticket is with a bear on hard times who had to give his up for the first time in many many seasons.

    Maybe later in the season.

    Best of luck to you.

  12. Does the boycott of Ibrox by the BBC affect the amount of TV money Rangers are entitled to at the end of the season? Surely a BBC boycott of games from Ibrox is hitting BBC Scotland financially since we are by far and away the best supported team in Scotland in terms of viewing figures?

The BBC's contract is with the SPFL. At the end of the season it's entirely up to the SPFL how much money we receive and nothing to do with the beeb.

That's why, if we banned them completely we'd be breaking football rules and we'd probably get paid nothing from anybody.

  13. " The three all-Premiership ties in the Betfred Cup will be shown live on TV.

The dates have been announced for the quarter-final clashes, with BT Sport screening a hat-trick of games.

Rangers ’ trip to face Partick Thistle has been set for Tuesday, September 19 – the same night Hibs are to take on Livingston, although that is the one match which will not be live on TV.

Dundee’s home clash with Celtic will take place the following night, meaning the Hoops will have one less day to prepare for the derby against Rangers on Saturday, September 23. "

    It's a conspiracy Brendan. Didn't I tell ya so !

  14. Oh for fuck's sake. He's two steps for blaming the Jews and Masons. Any suggestion the Rothschilds provided the ref that day?

This is just collective mental illness and needs to be called out as such very much more publicly.

Which is the reason I spend so much time on their sites calling them out. It's very rare they publish my posts but at least I have the satisfaction of them knowing their more fanciful shyte won't go unchallenged.

That was one thing about McConville, at least he let bears have their say on his site. The manks regularly got taken apart on that one.

The beggar tramps comments section is now reduced to him pleading for more free money or folk daft enough to give him it quoting their paypal receipt numbers. Their is absolutely NO debate there. That's how he gets away with it. Not bad for a lying mank from Greenock who couldn't be ersed taxing his car while having a go at Rangers for not paying their "lawful dues".

  15. Professional beggar, liar and deluded tramp JJ goes further with this story today ---

At the end of the match the Dunfermline players sat in the dressing room bath drinking champagne, naturally supplied by Rangers, and sang "a lusty chorus of The Billy Boys to toast their heroes ".

And David Murray owned Dunfermline, Dundee and Rangers. :laugh2:

  16. Normally I wouldn't get involved in this type of debate as I'm probably what would be regarded as some sort of caveman these days. I'm a product of different times.

If someone is LGBT then fine. It's their life to do with as they wish. I wouldn't dream of saying they are wrong or subject them to any kind of verbal abuse.

But I most certainly object to folk saying I have to agree with them or that I'm wrong for not "liking" their preferences.

Get on with your own lives. I won't interfere. In return don't interfere with mine.

As an aside, I watched quite an amusing movie last night on that subject. It was called "Pride", about LGBT supporting the miners during their strike. Worth a watch if you haven't seen it.

  17. That aside, people have watched the 6-1 game a thousand times by now and they sure did not lay down and gave it their all. At Ibrox, on such a day and against the lads we had out there it wasn't enough.

I do remember that Sutton, amongst others, accused his former colleague in the Killie goal (was it Marshall?) to going out of his skin to keep the score down and did not let them score more.

You simply don't know what to say of that behaviour then and now. They brought it to a new dimension indeed.

You should read some of the things the pondlife are alleging today.

Kilmarnock kicked Celtic off the park and were allowed to get away with it by a corrupt referee.

Marshall is a big Rangers fan.

Rangers were handed a penalty for nothing in the 7th minute of 3 minutes injury time.

Dunfermline left directly from Ibrox to go on holiday - paid for by Rangers.

That we won the league by 2 goals doesn't come into their thinking. Yet again a conspiracy involving dozens of people was to blame.

Oh, and Mutton skying a penalty is forgotten.

  18. " Dunfermline chairman Ross McArthur lashed out tonight after being caught up in the Rangers title-stripping debate ahead of his club’s Betfred Cup clash at Ibrox.

McArthur spoke to Record Sport after it was claimed online that potentially explosive information had been leaked to a Celtic fans’ website which has been championing calls for a judicial review into the use of EBTs at Ibrox.

The claims led to allegations of historic match fixing centering on the final day of the season in 2003 when Rangers beat Dunfermline 6-1 to win the Scottish title.

The SFA’s compliance officer Tony McGlennan is investigating the matter after being contacted by Dunfermline.

But McArthur is adamant the probe relates only to events inside East End Park which led to Dunfermline being placed in administration in 2013. He maintains it has nothing to with Rangers.

And he’s now preparing to explain the situation when he walks into the Ibrox boardroom ahead of tomorrow night’s second round tie.

He said: “People have been telling me about the type of nonsense that’s been put out online today and it’s absolutely unbelievable.

“It’s difficult for us because we should be focusing on the game at Ibrox. Instead of that I’m having to issue official club statements.

“I understand how these things work in the west of Scotland. It’s all about point scoring and we could do fine without it.

“But there is absolutely no foundation to any of the spurious rumours that are circulating.

“I’ve not spoken to anyone at Rangers about it. I’ll speak to them when I get there.

“But obviously I’ve had a discussion with the SFA about it and as far as I’m concerned the SFA are content with what I’ve told them.

“I am quite happy to say that the SFA have been in touch and I have explained to them that, if we’re talking about bringing Scottish football into disrepute, then it was the fact our own football club went into administration.

"Because of that we couldn’t pay local suppliers, staff, other football clubs and HMRC. With that in mind, how could we possibly pass comment on other clubs?

“The matters we have raised relate to the way this club was previously run. There is no reference to any other football club at all.

“We’ve been trying to rebuild our club and it’s not been easy. We now have a wee bonus of going to Ibrox and we want to try to enjoy it.

“So I find it strange that something like this should come out the day before we are due to play Rangers.

“I think that’s part of the reason why it’s been brought up at this time. There is no doubt about it.

“I’m now being told there were copious amounts of information which has been passed over to the SFA. Honestly? It’s ridiculous that we’re even having to have this conversation. But that is the way of Scottish football unfortunately.

“It’s completely ludicrous. If there was anything underhand going on then I certainly don’t know about it. It’s got nothing to do with that - it’s just mischief making.”

Last night an SFA spokesperson confirmed: “We have followed up on a referral made to the Scottish FA via our disciplinary department as a matter of course.”

  19. I'm sorry to report guys, but this goes much deeper than any of us suspected.

Listen to what this loon on Kiddyfiddler St has to say --

" The match-fixing claim has been made by people who are jumping to conclusions. Far more likely is documentary evidence having been uncovered about the ties, long suspected and all but confirmed, between Murray and BoS chief Gavin Masterton. These include claims that clubs in debt to BoS had to sell players to Rangers cheaply on BoS instructions, clubs who had to go all-seating being compelled (or persuaded!) to use Murray's steel for construction, and the Calderwood connection admitted by the DOB himself.

On match-fixing, who knows? What I do know is that a late, great friend of mine who was drinking buddies with Jimmy Nichol told me that Nichol told him as the season neared its end that if "Rangers need goals, Rangers will get goals"! My pal called me the day before the games to tell me not to get my hopes up, that Dunfermline would be playing in their flip-flops. For one brief moment, when Brewster equalised, I prayed he was wrong. More fool me. "

The game's up lads ! :flute:

  20. If there was any suggestion that Masterton or Calderwood tried to influence his players into ensuring Rangers won does anybody here seriously believe that not one of the Dunfermline players would have said anything before now ?

It is moon-howling of the first order and no doubt Brennan will be looking for the hordes of deluded to dip into their pockets to fund him yet again.

You'd think these silly bastards would know the script by now.
