Being a newbie here Bear I had no idea that poster had any connection to RST. However, fans joining shouldn't have to also sign up to a Rangers forum to be able to make contact with the RST.

Rangers' Wi-Fi providers FAIL in bid to arrest £300,000 over unpaid bill

No I am no asserting anything BH. I am basing what I have posted on the simple fact that given all we've gone through over the past few years I do not believe our current board want to get dragged into court for anything whatsoever, no matter how minor. The negative publicity alone would put the board and club up to scrutiny with the obvious effects as most of the scrutiny would come from the usual financial experts who hammer away on their keyboards while wearing green and grey. As you've maintained throughout the thread, the contracts will be there for examination and all will out eventually. The court hearing as I understand it is not to demand payment from Rangers but to attempt to ring-fence money in the event the company win their case. As said, all will out. I have faith that we are in the right here. -
I joined the RST more or less right at the start. Everything went fine at first but then went steadily downhill. While appreciating that some put in many many hours of work into the organisation their website is an absolute shambles and has been the same for years now. Despite assurances that work to improve things was ongoing nothing has changed. Their communications, apart from the circulars is a disgrace. I have no doubt that is the reason for the fall in membership numbers.

Would Kings claim not be against Murray ? -
I received an Email from Glasgow Pavillion; "Celtic – The Musical is a brand new stage show that has been created by Alterean Media with the official backing and support of Celtic Football Club. The story of the proud history of Celtic Football Club unfolds through the eyes of two families, united by their shared passion." Featuring the songs that have rung round Celtic Park over the years Celtic " I believe there are laws against glorifying terrorism so can we look for mass arrests taking place ?

I probably worded my post badly Scott. I'm perfectly happy with the car. I was making the point to BH that if I am promised or contracted to receive something and the service I receive falls far short of that then I will be perfectly within my rights to cancel any contract I made. Imo this is exactly what Rangers are doing. We didn't just stop making payments to the chancers who own the wi-fi. We'll have told them to fix it. When they didn't they'll have received notice that we don't want it. -

I bought one when they first came out. I'm too old to wear football tops nowadays but that one will be going with me to Goa at the end of this month. -

" the maximum amount of debt potentially left by the oldco would remain at the £168.8 million ." Eh ? Who wrote that, Gillivan ? -

So will Rangers mate. Press releases saying that every person in the stadium could get wi-fi access, even though there would never be a scenario when every person there did actually try for access tends to say to me that the company will have promised in writing a very good level of service. I refuse to believe our board simply didn't bother paying the bill for that service. Imo the company will have been told regularly to get things fixed . When they didn't they will have been told they are not due payment and Rangers were withdrawing. No matter how Muirhead, Gillivan or any of the rest of the obsessed want to believe we have more financial troubles I'd prefer to think we are tidying up the mess left behind by the last mob. Btw if anyone at Rangers wants testimony of just how poor that service really was there's myself and a dozen around me who'd be willing to speak up. -

BH I bought a car which the salesman assured me was the most reliable car on the road. A fortnight later it broke down. Can I cancel my agreement with the garage now ? -
I noted that on both Scottish news programmes tonight the line being pushed now is that "Scottish football" has a problem. Which is probably what I expected to happen. Serial fighting, causing damage, throwing flares and sectarian singing by the hoopy horrors and now it is "Scottish football" that has a problem. They even managed to wheel out some dumpling from Nil By Mouth while slipping in a couple of photos of Rangers fans. Naturally he made no mention of the mob causing the problem.

" Once complete the ENTIRE audience will have, through their smart phones and tablets, free instant access to event specific materials, services and promotions. " Maybe he though the ENTIRE audience would only be 10000 . There's a contract waiting for him at the paedodome. -

Not for our monthly shop Bruno, but I do use Lidl to buy my packs of selection of German meats and it also seems to be the only place I can purchase grape and fruit juices to make my home made wine. -
Agreed . We will never know unless someone does one of those computer jobs we had years ago with Ali v Marciano.

So he gets a yellow card and then another for deliberately diving into the visiting fans after scoring. Why was he still on the pitch at the end of the game ?

While agreeing with most of your summary BJ even if it is a good bit too technical for my ken may I make one small point mate, " Although always being hopeful it was absolutely no surprise to me that 'The little Generals' adapted 4-3-3 team took Wattys defensive 4-4-2 apart in our last Euro final. I'm sure I don't need to make the comparison to what teams are doing now against us being similar to the way we tried to play against Zenith. If most bears are honest with themselves we never really looked anything like scoring." Walter might well have broken a habit of our play during that competition and set his stall out differently for the final had he had the chance to give his players a couple of days rest. We should never forget how the rest of Scotland lent their "assistance" to us in the weeks preceding that final. I for one would prefer to think Walter would have thought, "Well it's the final, let's have a go" if his squad hadn't been so dog tired.

FS, the same Leckie who also contributed to a Rangers book and recounted, " Former socialist MSP Carolyn Leckie recounts as a child marching at the head of an Orange walk and going to Ibrox with her dad. She tells how in July, people from Ireland would descend on her home for "the walk". She also said that as she got older, she became "uncomfortable with sectarianism". But she adds: "Some people will not be happy about me saying this but it is definitely the case that it is more acceptable to express an Irish-Catholic, Celtic-supporting background in a Socialist party. "It wouldn't be acceptable for me to start singing The Sash after a few beers but I have often seen others of a different persuasion getting steaming and singing Irish rebel songs." The girl seems somewhat mixed up. But then I suppose the Scottish Socialist Party would do that.

Imo Barcelona would have taken them apart Pete.
