  1. " Gary Neville has been sacked by Valencia after less than four months in charge.

Neville, 41, was appointed head coach of the La Liga club on Dec. 2 but failed to turn their season around.

In 16 games in charge of Valencia, Neville won just three games, drew five and lost eight. Los Che currently sit 14th in the table, six points above the relegation zone."

    There's a surprise.

  2. They say the people kept at Lennox castle hospital were also treated terrible. I would say there is a few bigger head cases running about there now though.

I was born at Lennox Castle. Nothing to do with mental illness though. It's just that they opened a maternity unit there.

  3. While the seats would probably have been paid for they will be losing a fortune on catering, match day programmes etc. It is easy to pencil in a number but that won't fill the coffers.

The resolution 12 business is certainly hardening their more extreme fans. Because Rangers are on the way back I think many others amongst their support find our position is not such a laugh and are seriously beginning to worry.

  4. Agreed. People were admitted then for medical problems we can easily treat (and accept socially) nowadays.

Someone sent away for lunacy around this period were often no less mad than you or I. Sometimes they were just poor and that's how society dealt with them.

My grandfather suffered a serious head injury while working in heavy engineering. This affected his "nerves" and I clearly remember as a young child visiting him in Leverndale hospital where they used electric shock treatment to treat him. I think he spent around 3 months there.

  5. I seem to have been missing a few emails from the club recently actually. Think I read there might be some sort of issue with their software?

They are searching for the bug that gives the tarred one all his made up confidential information from our computers.

The City of London police are also seeking his imaginary financial expert in the Square Mile.

  6. The current Objective Host of ra Show, Gerry McCulloch continually bristles as fellow big BIG Sellik men, Hugh Keevins and Mark Guidi remark that 35,000 Yahoos are missing. The accepted wisdom is that ra Sellik are averaging just over 25,000 at matches. However, numerous contracts demand figures north of 40k to trigger premium returns.

    The Emperor has new clothes.

Sportsound had a reporter at the piggery as the teams took the pitch 3 or 4 weeks ago. He said it looked like a crowd of 6000 were within. Naturally another 30 odd thousand were reported to have got through the gates by the time the final whistle blew.

  7. I'm not advocating that they go after the SPL or The SPFL or the SFA, they are all skint. The only way I can see the club getting any money back is from Green, and then only if he convicted of fraud.

Rangers are already going after Green for the money it cost to defend his action claiming we should pay for his defence in the criminal trial upcoming. I suspect Rangers and BDO to go after several people, companies and organisations if guity verdicts come down.

  8. “If Kieran Tierney didn’t make it then we would have no problem in knocking on Lee’s door and he would go right in there, absolutely."

Does that not totally sum up the bawbag that is Strapon ? The young mank plays a few good games and watzes into the Scotland squad. Wallace not only plays out of his skin but holds a fledgling team together with very little fuss and is ignored. I am no Wallace lover but he should've been first on that teamsheet.

  9. Warburton was very successful with Brentford in the English Championship on a shoestring budget. They made the play-offs but were unsuccessful.

Remind me again, how did Yellow Teeth get on at Bolton ? A bigger club than Brentford presumably with more resources.

However as regards the SC semi we are playing against a team who have been in decline over the past four seasons. We have nothing to lose in this game and I sense they know this. If they lose what will they do ? Ditch Deila? Who will want their job then ? Keane didn't want it and many more too I suspect

"Nothing to lose" is the key to me. Go straight at them from kick off and they'll fold. Our defence is missing a couple of pleats but their defence is an accident waiting to happen. As for their next manager - the script is already written. Rangers are back with the SPFL and SFA waiting to assist. The referees are on board. Freemasonry is ready to assist, The tarred one is beginning to bore even the deluded masses with tales of impending financial ruin at Ibrox and needs something to write about...........

step forward yellow teeth and bring the hatred back into Scottish football, Liewell has tens of thousands of empty seats that need filling.

  10. A lot of Rangers fans don't have much time for Miller, it's just football reasons and all that...but I felt the booing at the interval (not me) was directed at others not Miller because he was the player who stood tallest.

Tav received a bit of stick from the fans (not me) for his contribution during the match, that's football and I would never condemn any Ranger who dons the shirt.

Late Edit: Zelalem comes close :D

 For Gods sake, don't mention Zelalem.

Again, being honest I won't deny booing our side off at half or full time if it was warranted. But I would never deliberately target one of our players just for the sake of it. Kenny's put in shifts over the years and there were games where he stood out. There was just "something" about him I just couldn't take to. Jim Bett was another for some reason.

  11. That goes for every player, so far KM has proved the doubters (not me) wrong.

I would slightly disagree Bear. Miller was guff up until just a few weeks ago. Tavernier has gone off the boil in the past few weeks.

I still question keeping Miller but would never consider leaving Tavernier out.

But then, I'll be honest and state I never had much time for Miller anyhow.
