well done fraser - I really wish that I could have gotten along today to help out - a huge pat on the back for those who did Cammy F

Nah, just know that thanks to going to West Brom games Cammy F

Both West Brom and Birmingham have a large 'loyalist' following where Villa have always 'swung' to the 'republicans'....... And, a few years ago, we did have a rather nasty tare up with the villans... Cammy F

Yip, that was what I was affraid off - imagine the outcry after of first (inevitable) defeat - sack PLG imagine getting beaten off (insert SPL or European team here) - that (insert Rangers players name here) is useless, why did we sign him.... Oh and I wonder who the Boo Boys will pick on this season. Cammy F

I think we are underestimating Timmy, their lapdogs in the media and UEFA here. UEFA have already stated that they have to investigate any complaints they receive. Why do you think they investigated us in the first place? Did they stick a pin in the map of Europe and it landed on Ibrox? They recevied complaints from Timmy and from sections of our unbiased and impartial media (thy know who they are) and UEFA set up an investigation. The bus window getting smashed was just the 'icing on the cake'. This is why the CLUB or maybe their new PR gurus must publically defend us now. This is why we have to say, yeah, we hold our hands up, we are getting rid of *** and TBB's, but that is it - no further - take a look at other clubs (Lazio and their Nazi connections, Basque clubs not signing anyone from outwith that region etc, clubs singing IRA songs etc). We (the club) have to be pro-active instead of rushing thro defences if and when UEFA come knocking again. Cammy F -

Only if our club defend us - if Timmy complain to UEFA regarding the bouncey and the club tell them the real stroy behind it, then yes, UEFA will stop taking them seriously and tell them to get a life. However, if our custodian and our club turn round and say - oh its about a murder is it, OK we'll tell them to stop singing it' then we are back to square one. This is the time to draw the line in the sand - that message must come from the club - they must say publically that once we are rid of *** and TBB's its time for UEFA to move on and find itself another club to pester - and one that isn't that far from ours. I'll clarify, what I meant was I don't want another post developing into a 20 page 'counter-point' and 'counter-arguement'. Both of us have made our points clearly and neither is going to change our opinions. Lets let other posters have their say on this matter. And for what its worth, we are well shot of FR - having been saying the same for 2-3 seasons now - they guy is trouble and is neither a right back nor a midfield player. Cammy F
-
Calscot, I'm not getting into all this again - its fair to say that we disagree on this and on who controls the money at Rangers and as to why FR wasn't sacked. Cammy F
-
Calscot, Martin Bain is full control of transfer fees and wages - that is HIS job. It is a well known fact that David Murray REFUSED to sack Ricksen after he thro a Rangers director into a swimming pool - the only reason - MONEY. If PLG has control of players wages and transfer budgets, why hasn't he signed Beckham, Zidane, Michael Owen etc? Matin Bain and David Murray set the wage budget, the manager has to fit his players into that - the manager supplies Bain with a list of players and Bain tries to sign them and fit them into the wage structure - nothing to do with the manager. cammy F
-
Once again I have to ask why AM gets blamed for Martin Bain's work? Martin Bain agreed contract and wages for both Ricksen and Bernard, not AM. As for Ricksen, AM wanted to sack him after he thro a Rangers director (who couldn't swim) into a swimming pool, only for David Murray to over-rule his decision as sacking him would cost too much money. Yip, AM has a lot to answer for, but not on the contract front. Cammy F

Yip, looks like that is the situation as of today. Cammy F

Nope, more lies peddled by the greatest liars in the world - they can't even agree what (unfortunate) murder this relates to. Some say it was started by loyalists who celebrated a murder in Londonderry by doing the bouncy - the murder took place in 1994 - I remember doing the boucy at Tynecastle in the 80's. Other say it is done to celebrate the death of a Craptic fan in Glasgow but both are wrong. The Bouncey was started one freezzing cold game at Tynecastle (or it could have been Tannidice) in the early / mid 80's where, to keep warm, Rangers fans began bouncing up and down to keep warm - it spread right around the away end and was even mentioned on the radio at the time. It then started to appear in the East Enclosure at home games and soon the words 'If You Cannae Do The Bouncy' were added. This is just another myth thought up by Timmy to get at us - imagine using the death of one of your own, just to get at Rangers fans - lowest of the low - it ranks up ther with the red tops of our socks symbolising being up to our knees in ****** blood. Gersfem, they will be getting watched at Tynecastle on Sunday.... (jujst we'll be getting watched at Ibrox tomorrow). Cammy F -
Doesn't matter if he gets away with it or not, it is the fact that he is even being investigated that is the point. You do have to agree with the charge if you believe in the Scottish Assemblies sectarian teachings - any form of religion is banned from football and that applies to the players (well, unless your name is Neil Lennon). This is great news for us, as soon as I see a Tim blessing themselves at an OF game, I will video them. send the video to McConnell, NBM, Strathclyde Police, UEFA and ask for Craptic to be punished accordingly. Yip, sections of the Craptic fans are going to report us if we play this song - I say let them, as there is nothing remotely sectarian about this song. Anyway, Timmy are worried as UEFA are about to come knocking on their door so they are trying to divert attention from themsevles. Cammy F -
Yes - reading the statement it appears that we are banned from singing any song that has the 'Marching Thro Georgia' tune. However, where the waters muddy is what about other clubs who sing this song - Hearts (Hibee blood), Killie (Ayr Blood) and Dundee (Arab blood) - are they banned from singing? Think it is confinded to the stadium and close surrounding areas. Cammy F

Just heard Donald Gorries response to this - Donald Gorrie who was quoted as saying that religion has no place in football says these charges are rediculous. Now, now Donald, you either want ALL religious things removed from football or none at all - make up you mind - typical Lib Dem...! PS - this shows how farcical these UEFA charges and 'Scotland's Secret Shame' laws are. Cammy F

Just finished - basically said that we will continue to play our pre-match music but will slowly introduce more 'old' and 'traditional' Rangers songs, starting with Wolverhampton Town tomorrow Cammy F -

Yeah, heard we are trying to get the lad on a year long loan. Cammy F

IMO, too much is placed on the countries co-efficient - after all, it is the clubs co-efficient that is most important - hence Craptic being seeded in pot 2 for the CL group stages. Cammy F

For me, regaining domestic supremacy is vital this season - we are Scotland's No1 club and we have to regain this crown - so that means winning the league and winning it in style - anything else will be a bonus. Cammy F
