  1. Well, it appears that Craptic FC deem it sectarian / offensive : "Celtic have warned staff that they can be sacked for calling Rangers fans 'huns'". The ban on the use of the word has also resulted in fans being thrown off the club's website. The club has revealed that any member of staff saying 'hun' can face disciplinary action or be sacked and fans may be asked to leave the ground if they use the word." http://www.ntvcelticfanzine.com/edit.../ed96hword.htm Cammy F
  2. How good do those fixtures look - BRING IT ON.... Cammy F
  3. Its going to be an interesting and frought 24 hours - tick tock, tick tock... Cammy F
  4. It's like comparing apples and pears - most of the 92 team had been at Rangers for a few seasons (or more) - most of this seasons team have been here for 8 games - not fair to compare and contrast. IMO Carlos, Hutton and Fergie would get into the 92 team relatively easily and lets remember that McCoist and Hateley onlt played a couple of group games as a partnership (if at all - Hateley got sent of against Brugge and McCoist was injured) - so Cousin, JCD and Boyd would have walked in ahead of Gary McSwegen. 5. Reports on Clyde stating that Rangers fans getting pelted with missiles in nthe stadium and the bus taking the Scottish journalists to the ground attacked with bottles (sounf familiar?) - reports stating that Red Star fans to blame. Lets hope for a safe return for all our fans, players and staff. Not point asking for Uefa to take action, as long as the Red Star fans don't sing any 'nasty songs'.... Cammy F
  6. Selective Hearing or something more 'untoward'? Isnââ?¬â?¢t it strange that the Scottish media and the SPL representatives have only heard the big bad Rangers fans singing ââ?¬Ë?unacceptable songsââ?¬â?¢ so far this season? Yeah, OK it isnââ?¬â?¢t strange and sadly, it is rather predictable. Since our opening day ââ?¬Ë?reprimandââ?¬â?¢ the other mhob have indulged in ââ?¬Ë?unacceptable songsââ?¬â?¢ yet the SPL and more importantly, the 4th estate have remained tight lipped. On their trip to Aberdeen, they were clearly heard singing pro-IRA and anti-Presbyterian songs and even had a fan arrested and charged by the Police. Strangely the media and SPL didnââ?¬â?¢t hear these songs. Whilst at home to Hearts at the weekend, 45,000 fans were heard to sing ââ?¬Ë?Go Home Ya Hunsââ?¬â?¢ and ââ?¬Ë?The Wee Huns are Shiteââ?¬â?¢ and yet again, this has gone unreported in the media and by the SPL representative. A more cynical person than myself would claim that it isnââ?¬â?¢t selective hearing but proof positive of an anti-Rangers agenda. Last night on Real Radio, two 'journalists' said that they were 'unaware' of these songs on Saturday. Thats right, the same two journalists claimed that they clearly heard a few hundred Rangers fans singing sectarian songs at Inverness but couldn't hear over 40,000 Craptic fans singing them on Saturday. 7. I watched the NI game last week and thought that, in the first half, he was the worst NI player on the pitch. However, he did improve after the break and given that it was his return to the international set-up after a fall out with LS, maybe that was the reason for the 'slow start'. Have to say that I was once again impressed with David Healy - can't help but think we lost out there - a proven goal scorer for just over a million. Cammy F
  8. Worst ground I've been to is Alloa's - best away groud - Porto. Cammy F
  9. Brilliant read Barry and it won't be long until the Bold Graham is writing for more 'streetwise' outlets like the Retard and Scum as if rumours are to be believed, the readership of The Times is plumeting and Graham has been cought submitting match reports for games he wasn't even at..... Another fantastic Graham Spiers atricle on FF - http://forum.followfollow.com/showthread.php?t=293243 Cammy F
  10. Fantastic game of football yesterday that Falkirk contributed to with a positive outlook and they also played some very decent football (witnessed in their 2 goals). One thing that impressed me yesterday was the way that as soon as Falkirk scorded, we upted our tempo and regained 2 goal advantage. Great seeing the strikers contributing and WS has a nice problem in who he selects next week. SW had a brilliant debut and if that is what he have to look forward to, we have a fantstic and strong midfield 4 in SW, BF, KT and LMc with Hendami, Run DMB and Adam waiting in the wings. Cammy F

  12. Was getting the bus along PRW yesterday around 2:40PM and as usual the bus was rammed full of Rangers fans making their way to the game. As the bus stopped outside The Swallow Hotel, a few Bears (including our party) alighted to walk down to Ibrox. As we were alighting the bus, guess what stepped forward? Yes, a family of MOPES all bedecked in green and grey hoops. Now, no one said anything to the MOPES and as we got of the bus, I watched to see if anything untoward happened. It was then that my flabber was well and truly gasted. Instead of going into a house (as I thought they would) the family of MOPES crossed the road and jumped on a bus back into town. So, they had obviously gotten on our bus knowing that it would be full of Bears just to see if they would get a reaction ââ?¬â?? they are not normal cretins. Anyhoo, that was not the amusing incidentââ?¬Â¦ As they got up to leave the bus, a couple of English woman who were sitting near them said as they past, ââ?¬Ë?Didnââ?¬â?¢t know it was fancy dress todayââ?¬â?¢Ã¢â?¬Â¦ ;-) So a question to those Bears out there with kids, would you take them on a bus to The Cesspit (via the Gallowgate) on a match-day decked in Rangers regalia? 13. I've heard Placente's name being mentioned a few times. Cammy F
  14. I think WS will be looking to move on players like Sebo, Novo (last year of his contract and no sign of a new one), Buffel, Ugo and maybe some surprise like Hemdami. Cammy F
  15. 4-4-2 McGregor Hutton Weir CC Papac / Smith SW Thomson Fergie McCulloch Cousin Boyd Cammy F
  16. Yeah, but it is just annoying that players are no longer given time to settle (have they ever actually) at Rangers before be written off. Hopefully Cousin will show the same attitude and ability as LMc has. His scoring record, for the French league is decent and he has scored something like 13 goals in 16 games in Europe. He was also the 2nd top scorer in France the season before last. BTW, report on the ET says he is match fit and raring to go for Saturday and Tuesday. Also mentions that if we progress in Europe and ship out unwanted players then another 2 additions to the squad are likely. Cammy F
  17. Yeah, unfamiliar for us having options for almost every position. Will be interesting to see how we line up on Saturday. With St Midden likely to flood the midfield WS might be tempted to go 4-3-3 so Hendami might come in with Novo and Run DMB out wide supporting McCulloch. Cammy F
  18. For all his knockers out there Cousin has a better scoring record in France and Europe than a certain Dado Prso had when he joined us. Lens weren't desperate to sell him, he was desperate to leave (there is a difference) and we paid less than £1M pounds for him (E1.5M). Oh, and the spending *might* not be finished as we are looking to sign cover for left back. Cammy F
  19. One thing that we have this season that we didn't last is OPTIONS. With the addition now of Whittacer and Cousins god knows what the team will be? McGregor Hutton Weir CC Papac Whittacer Thomson Fergie McCulloch / Run DMB Cousins / Boyd Novo Cammy F
  20. Oh, I agree that BOTH are unacceptable - it appears that the SFA, SPL and UEFA don't tho - the is the point that I a driving at. If is unacceptable (and it is) to be to your knees in fe**** blood then it is unacceptable to be up to your knees in *anyones* blood. I could also trawl the net (I prefer not to) for other evidence of republicans and CFC fans refering to themselves as fe****. I don't have to tho, my friend as a mug bought in Glasgow with the legend - still an unrepentant fe*** barstward. Cammy F
  21. In that case, what has it got to do with Celtic Football Club and a Celtic Supporters Club? Why are they referring to themselves as fe*** bhoys? Going by those rules, it is OK for Celtic fans to refer to themselves as fe**** but no one else can? A bit like afro-americans calling each other n******??? So are they Celtic f*****s, New York f*****'s, or just f*****'s? And is it OK for me to call them F*****'s Cammy F - Confused Loyal RSC
  22. The Scum were today reporting (read a copy at work) that the Police last night were on 'high alert' and were ready for action, all dolled up in their riot gear, batons and shields at the ready. The reason for this according to The Scum? The invading bigots from Glasgow. In reality, the Bears who travelled reported a great reception from locals and Police. In case you think I'mm lying, here is a pitcure from a Bear of the Police escort to the ground (cyber pint to the first person or scum reporter who can point out a riot cop ready for action).... Cammy F
  23. This is a very valid point and one that could be used regarding The Billy Boys. If it is unacceptable to be up to your knees in fe**** blood, surely it is also unacceptable to be to your kness in Hibee, Ayr, Killie, Arab etc blood? Well, not according to the Scottish media, SFA, SPL and Uefa - go figure... Cammy F
