  1. Anyone looking for tickets for tomorrows game against Falkirk? If so, please PM myself and Del. Cammy F
  2. Don't know if you guys are aware of this provider of retro football clothing? The owner, John Scott, sells his Rangers t-shirts outside Ibrox on match days and now has two shots that stock some brilliant retro gear (Stockwell Street and Glasgow Airport). The design and quality of these items are first class (I have 6 Rangers t-shirts and have bought t-shirts for many members of my family for birthdays, Xmas etc). If you are looking for something different to wear or to buy someone, please check out John's site - http://www.fitbo.co.uk/ or pop into his shops or pop round to see him on matchdays at Ibrox Cammy F
  3. Time now for ALL Rangers players to withdraw their services from the national team. It'll be a decision that makes the SFA happy, the tartan army happy and the majority of the Rangers fans happy. Cammy F

    name this team

I thought that the player between Petric and Clelland was Eric Bo Andreson Cammy F
  6. But we won't be able to shift either of these two as they are now spoiled goods and trouble makers. Do we then just bite the bullet and pay them off, losing more millions in the passing? If Barry is as bad as everyone makes out, how on earth are we going to move him on? Who is going to buy him? Who will match his wage demands? Remember, both these players are still under contract, and as shown by Kris Boyd during January, and by Bobo Balde over the last 3 years, if you don't want to move on, then the club can do nothing (apart from paying you off) to move you on. As said above, more questions than answers and if we can't sell either of these players, we are stuck with them. Cammy F
  7. So only Ferguson deserves to be dropped? Has Davis been any better than Ferguson? has Boyd? Has Miller? Has Mendes? If Ferguson deserves to be dropped and others deserve the opportunity, then surely the likes of Davis, Miller, Boyd et al also deserve to be dropped and replaced in the team. I do wonder if we are still in the SPL title race after the split, if players like Mendes, Boogie et al will play through the pain barrier, taking pain killing injections to help putting their health at risk to ensure that Rangers win that SPL title. Cammy F
  8. In that order? Cammy F
  9. Off course he is, he is one of the cowards currently running our club is he not? People are saying that this decision is correct, brave, better for us long term. Is it? If these two players are transfer listed, qre we going to realise the full potential transfer fees for two players who are now classed as 'damaged goods' and 'trouble'. What if we don't receive offers for them in the summer? Are they welcomed back into the squad / first team? Once again with all things Rangers, we are left with more questions than answers. Cammy F
  10. I believe that we are being seduced with the romance of these 'youngsters'. I haven't seen anything from any of them that suggests that they will improve our team. In fact, I would argue that the likes of Adam, McCormack and Burke showed more when they broke into the first team. In all honesty, they haven't had enough games for us to form any real judgement as Walter Smith prefers his tried and tested players. However, Ferguson hasn't been the worst player in our team this season, far from it, yet he is the one that carries all the blame and responisibility from fans who have other reasons for wanting him to FAIL as a Rangers player and Rangers captain. Currently, those fans can be seen gloating and creaming their pants at this news and believe that everything will now be rosey in the Rangers garden. These fans will be like a Labour government in that they'll still be blaming Barry Ferguson for Rangers' failures for the next decade. Cammy F
  11. and the game is drifting into injury time. The ball gets delivered into the Falkirk box and Kris Boyd (or any other player) slots the ball home. The players run to the massed Rangers fans behind the goal and during the celebration, he gives the '6 finger salute'. Whats your reaction? Cammy F
  12. Shitanta stating both players given a 2 week suspension whislt the ET claim that both players Rangers and Scotland careers are OVER ; http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/display.var.2499667.0.0.php Cammy F

  14. How do we know that they will 'express' themselves? They haven't really expressed themselves so far this season have they? We have no 'ball winner' in the midfield, and with Davis and Mendes we will have a 'soft centre'. Can't see either of them getting rattled into tackles to win the ball at places like Easter Road, Tynecastle et al. In truth, Kevin Thomson hasn't been replaced and this is where our problems have stemmed from. KT was the ball winner and with either Mendes, Ferguson or Davis beside him, our team would be improved. Huge couple of months ahead for Rangers here - the pressure to win the SPL has just been increased. Cammy F
  15. I actually wonder if the fans claiming that Edu, Naismith et al are 'ready' and that Mendes and Davis are better than Ferguson have actually watched Rangers this season. I am not defending Fergusons (or McGregors) behavour here, but to say that we'd be a better team without him is wrong. As for conduct of Rangers players and captains, why was there no outpouring of morality at the antics of the likes of Gazza, Goram, McCoist and Durrant or the drinking exploits of those involved in the 9-in-a-row team(s)? This will split the fans, just hope it doesn't split the dressing room. Cammy F
  16. Also, I wonder if we'll ever get to know what songs a certain Mr Scott Brown was singing along with his fellow Rangers players / fans Cammy F
  17. Interview with Walter Smith on SSN 'shortly'.... Cammy F
  18. Yes, and it should have been dealt with at the time. Instead, PLG fooked of to PSG (playing his ticket) and Mr Moonbeams showed his usual level of leadership. If it had been dealt with then, we wouldn't be in this situation. Once again, due to cowards running our club, we are the fooking laughing stock of Scottish (if not British) football. Cammy F
  19. He only 'got away with it' because PLG wouldn't pledge his future to Rangers FC. Hardly Ferguson's fault. Cammy F
  20. Latest from The ET Scotland and Rangers captain Barry Ferguson sent home from training along with Allan McGregor by Thomas Jordan RANGERS sensationally banished captain Barry Ferguson and goalkeeper Allan McGregor from their training ground this morning. Manager Walter Smith sent both players home on their arrival at Murray Park today before putting the rest of the players through their paces. SportTimes understands the Ibrox gaffer is furious with the pair for embarrassing the club after being axed from Scotland team following an all-night drinking session at the team hotel. Ferguson and McGregor were the last two standing after a group of players stayed up throughout the night after flying back from Holland, forcing Scotland manager George Burley to drop them from the starting line-up to face Iceland on Wednesday. But Smith's decision to send them packing this morning will now raise question marks over their futures at Rangers. Rangers insider revealed: "Walter hasn't been impressed in the slightest with their conduct. He was one of the first people on the phone to George Burley earlier in the week to assure him that any decisions he made would have his full backing. "Smith thought both players showed their international manager a lack of respect and abused their position. And he feels it reflects badly on Rangers, especially with Barry being the club captain. "The manager has obviously had a few days to think things through since learning about their conduct during the week. And he most certainly wasn't impressed with the two players giving V-signs to photographers either. "A lot of managers might not have been brave enough to take action, but if it's one thing Walter that demands from his players it's that they show respect. The two players were left in no uncertain terms they were out of order." -------------------------------- Cammy F
  21. Yip, and the likely inclusion no doubt of Mr Smiths 'yes men', step forward Christain Dailly and Lee McCulloch, just the pair we need to drive us to the SPL title Cammy F
  22. Cheers, still nothing official about being transfer listed and/or stripped of captaincy tho.... Typical Rangers PR - total confusion! Cammy F
  23. Still nothing official on the RFC site, BBC or SKY Sports News Cammy F
  24. Could be BF announcing that he is no longer willing to play international football, something that the early editions of The ET are reporting?? Cammy F
  25. Joe Harper was a wee fat rat and was dispised by many a fan-base Cammy F
