Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours
CammyF replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
Barry McKay could be another on his way out as if rumours are to be believed he and our manager had a massive falling out - hence him being loaned to Morton.......! File Templeton in the same category apparently. ....! -

One of the best articles I have read in a while. The type of article the mainstream media appear unable or unwilling to produce.

Who is goong to be stupid enough to bid for players (plus pay their current wages) for players who are either not fearuring regularly and / or permanently injured (well apart from us). Only player likely to attract any serious attention during the transfet window will be wallace. I don't think we will be in a position to reject any bid over £1M for him (also a top earner of the wage bill) No other reason for us resigning Smith in the summer other than him being a long term replacement for Wallace. Some SPhell clubs may sniff around the likes of Daly, Black , Templeton et al and chance their hands with cheeky bids to test our resolve given our current financial situation. More bleak times ahead

Was disappointed in Talbot yesterday Craig - was expecting to see them play some decent stuff but they played long ball for most of the game which suited Boness. Only really started to knock the ball about in last 10mins when boness were hanging on. Been too long since boness won the junior cup (1984 - at Ibrox) - we have a chance this year if we get some luck in the daw - home ties and if we avoid Linlithgow (spit) lol..... Cammy F

Sad news, all the very best Nando . Also thoughts and prayers with David MacFarlane s family after his untimely passing today. Cammy F

I was genuinely excited when we signed Daly due to being impressed with his displays anytime we played DUFC and that he is the type of centre forward I like and believed that we needed. He has lived up to that reputation and reading what his teammates and coaches say about him, he certainly displays the attributes required at this club and he appears to be the composite professional. Dare I say a Rangers captain in the making? Cammy F

Orange cup final Mild turns, goals & infectious smile The skill & composure of Human & Gio And the utter brilliance of RDB - controversial it may be, but I rate RDB as one of the best players I have ever seen in a Rangers jersey

No place for Shiels in anyone's starting 11? Bell Foster or mcausland Faure Mohsni Wallace McLeod / peralta Black Law Templeton Daly Clark But as others have said I can see squad rotation being used which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Cammy F

If Martin Bain returns then my worst fears have been realise and I for one will never set foot inside Ibrox again. Cammy F

Don't think anyone wouldn't have enjoyed this era - just that there is no doubting that we are feeling the true financial implications of this era now. Serious question that is not easy to answer (well it is for me!) - would you swap all that knowing that we would be liquidated and thrown into the bottom tier of Scottish Football and stilll uncertain of our long time future for not winning 9IAR, European Runs, Gazza, Laudrup et al and still being solvent? I know would (hope ive worded that correctly!). Cammy F
