  1. Only if the quality of product improves significantly inside the stadium. Food is disgusting
  2. Notice no Record journalist put their name against the article or quoted their source. Complete hatchet job. Of his appointment annoys The Record and others, I'm a 100% behind this appointment ? In all seriousness, a person's religious or political belief should not come into question as long he is the best person for the job
  3. Great statement but must be followed thro on. Words are cheap.
  4. Were we expecting anything less from Shameless FC and their media lapdogs? I could sit here and list their historical shameless acts, but they are well known. A club like no other? You bet they are.
  5. Kamara for me
  6. At last the correct decision and as others have said, we must fight any suggestion that Celtic are handed another tainted title. Oh and how good will it be to see DUFC in the championship for another year
  7. Not throwing any players under the bus tonight. Maybe some of players struggled as they were up against far superior players? None of players hid tonight, they were just up against class opposition They were a better team than us, had better players than us and that showed tonight. However, let's reflect on a wonderful European campaign where we have put Rangers back on the map and made the club some much needed money.
  8. Agreed Ian - to come through the qualifiers, 2nd on what was a CL quality group and then to beat Braga home and away. Fantastic achievement in Europe this season.
  9. Well beaten by a far superior team.
  10. Think all our games after Sunday will be behind closed doors (at best). An early end to the season must now be a real possibility.
  11. Another vote for Aribo - wasn't the greatest performance but he was the standout outfield player for us.
  12. At the time I thought the "elbow" on Aribo was a yellow at worse. More I see / watch it, the worse it gets. The rugby tackle at the end was a yellow and ref got that one right.
  13. Not the best performance but a win is a win and will take that all day long. Our issue is that our style, system, tempo are all based on Alfredo being at the top of his game. He is struggling at the moment and we are struggling as a result. When it clicks, we look an amazing team, when it doesn't, we look pedestrian and lack a cutting edge. Anyway, on to Thursday night.
  14. Another game and another blatant "error" from the officials.
  15. Really can't see where our next domestic victory is coming from. Will go 2-1 win for us with Kent as FGS. More out of hope than expectation
  16. Good job Eric Dier doesn't play for us ?
  17. But we looked decent in Europe but useless domestically. Oh and JG won us the odd cup or two....
  18. Thought Borna was as culpable at the goal ad he was skinned in the build up - cross came in unchallenged, they hit bar then, well, you know the rest. Unless McGregor was having flashbacks and thought it was Papac ? As for MOTM - Aribo best of band bunch
  19. I kinda got it, bit didn't agree with it. Better ways to show support to the manager of that's your "thing". However, whilst we've never truly been a united support (even on the dark days of the Green and the likes), we are even more fractured now. I was surprised buy the attendance last night, it was far healthier than I expected but the atmosphere was as bad and as as "critical" as I expected. However, everyone pays your money, so they can chose to "support" the team as they see fit. This period of our history is beginning to remind me of the John Greig era and for those of you old enough, that should give you nightmares.
  20. A show of support for the manager. It started off very subdued but gathered momentum. As Frankie said, strange atmosphere last night and only really came alive when Livi took the lead then was sunk after about 5 mins when we lost our goal.
  21. I wouldn't gloss over Borna's part in the loss of the goal either. Like most goals we've conceded lately, it was a comedy of errors. On reflection, we had sufficient chances to win the game. Goldson had 2 headers that he should have scored with, Kamberi had two chances, Alfredo hit the bar (as did a deflected (Kent) effort) and Tav blazed over with the goal gaping. I said to a friend recently that if Alfredo is not scoring, we seem to struggle more times than not. Our system is over reliant on a fully fit and fully firing Alfredo.
  22. Well it doesn't happen very often but I am speechless after that performance. Huge clear our required, to many players not strong enough to play for Rangers.
  23. Where/When will this all end? An open and honest public inquiry is a must. It's a travisity (and gut-wrenching) that this has been allowed to fester for so long without political / SFA intervention to find the true scale of these horrendous acts. The surviours deserve no less.
  24. Depends on what Alfredos attitude has been since Saturday. If he has apologised for being late, has knuckled down in training and showed an appetite for the game then yes. If he hasn't I'd drop him from the squad again.
