I don't know how true this is but read Clement handed our penalty takers to 4th official as soon as full time whistle went. That means the takers were known before a ball was kicked. As I said earlier, they had 5 or 6 attacking options in the pitch in extra-time. We had 3.

Until our club come out swinging this will continue to happen. Why wouldn't it? They get away with it as we are run by utter shitbags.

We played well, but that's it. We dominated the 1st half and were left to rue missed chances. We fell apart defensively in 2nd half and lost 3 poor goals. We couldn't keep the ball and were chasing shadows most 2nd half and all of extra-time. Same old story, we can't play well for 90 mins. If we ad, we'd have won the game today.

Sorry, but drawing with Spurs, beating Killie 6-0 means the square root of feck all in grand scheme of the domestic season. There is NO progression - we're further behind them now than anytime after Gerrerd left (when we were in front of them). 11 points adrift by November and now lost to them AGAIN. As I said we'll stick with him and we'll be in the same position this time next season, and the next, and the next. Rinse and repeat indeed.

It's the hope that kills you. Never looked like winning the game after they equalised. All we had to do was hold the ball in the opening stages of 2nd half, instead we conceded 2 goals. Thought it was the wrong starting 11 and his subs were poor and ended up with no width in extra-time whilst they had plenty attacking options. Don't know where we go from here - some will say we're making progression but sorry, being 11 points behind and lost the 1st trophy of the season isn't progression. No longer the most successful team in football, no sign of us getting close to Celtic over a season. We'll limp to the end of the end of the season, finish miles behind in the league, they'll win the treble and we'll back "the rebuild". Next season we'll be 11 points behind again and arguing whether we should sack Clement. Rinse and repeat indeed.

Agreed and why would it be? Best performance under Clement no need to change it if everyone is fit.

Despite the recent upturn, I'm still very nervous and apprehensive about tomorrow. Going along more in hope than expectation. However, come kick-off I'm sure I'll have the battle fever on.

I'm the only one on here who wants him sacked? Why mention me specifically? Completely unnecessary. Oh, and FammyC how childish. Jeez. Does that make me less staunch? Less of a fan? A non-legitimate opinion? I want him sacked regardless of the result and / or performance as I don't think he's the right man to take us forward. Up to him and his team to prove me wrong (and I'll be happy if he does prove me wrong).

Apologies that wasn't aimed at you, you never said you didn't like it. Probably shouldn't have quoted you. Apologies again. It was a general reaponse to those who slated the UBs for a message that may or may not have been inspired by MAGA. Having been a member of TBO I know what time and effort and goes into creating these displays. So I get defensive as it's easy to sit and aim criticism when not knowing or understanding what goes into these. There was / is nothing worse working your bollocks off all week on a display then hearing fellow fans say "that display was shit at the weekend". Before anyone criticises them, they should maybe look at one of the many videos on YouTube showing what it takes to get these things ready.

The UBs have used our history for their displays, in fact, if it wasn't for them, there wouldn't have been a display for our 150 anniversary. The UBs aren't perfect (none of us are) but the time and effort they put in is amazing. If you don't like their displays or the sentiments of their displays, why not try organising and creating your own.

I said earlier I'm hardly a Trump fan and I never made the connection until after the game when it was mentioned on our RSC bus. I don't think I've had any issues with any of the UB or TBO displays, maybe the Peaky Blinders one was a bit close to the bone, but I didn't necessarily think it was bad / cringe.
