  1. Celtic have let a 2 goal lead slip once this season (domestically). At home to Aberdeen (another team we claim only tries against us). Statistically, Celtic would have gone on and won today's game comfortably. No matter if it was Hibs, St Mirren or Motherwell (just look at their stats). That's more to do with Celtics ability to kill teams off. Or are you saying they are 10 points clear (soon to be 13) due to other teams not trying against them? Stop worrying about other teams, worry about the glaring deficiencies in our club. From the top to the bottom.
  2. They should, and should have highlighted the errors on Thursday when we won. Now, It'll be dismissed as sour-grapes. Our club is so weak from top to bottom. New appointments conspicuous by their absence.
  3. Said as much on Thursday amongst the jubilation of cutting the deficit to a mere 11 points. Never mind, we just need to be patient and remain realistic.
  4. You'd like to think he's run out of excuses.
  5. We've managed an appalling 12 points from 30 available to us away from home in the league. Inexcusable and indefensible. Yet we'll excuse and defend the manager who is responsible
  6. Your argument is flawed when you look at the facts. We have a very good record at Easter Road (IIRC, previous to today we had won our last 4 visits). Over the last 5 seasons Hibs have a better record against Celtic than against us. Let's focus on our obvious and glaring failures rather than projecting the latest failure onto Hibs (and how very dare them, imagine them trying today eh....).
  7. Because they wouldn't let them - they'd have won 4 or 5 -0 today
  8. There are two options for me - either 1. The players aren't good enough to beat Hibs, St Mirren, Motherwell, Dundee Utd Or 2. They aren't deployed in a style to defeat the above. After watching games in Europe and Thursdays OF game, it has to be option 2. There simply isn't any other explanation.
  9. Mr Stewart, kick the dressing room door down and tell Mr Clement to get back to Glasgow and clear his desk. Let's hear the latest excuses for throwing away a game and more points on the road.
  10. For all the credit for a hat-trick - he has to score there.
  11. And it's away from home........more dropped points.
  12. So does Butland get back on the team.......????......????? Awful away from home, can't sustain this. Horrific.
  13. Well done on the perfect hat-trick young man.
  14. Well it was either gonna be him or Ridvan.
  15. Boyle on a hat-trick, wonder if we could afford him..... 🤔
  16. Ah well, at least we started the game well. Same old sh1t thereafter.
  17. Talking of hat-tricks, who was the last Rangers player to score one? Roofe?
  18. Blow for fulltime - I have a full house as it stands
  19. West Brom dropped more points away at Swansea today. Can't see them getting out the Championship any time soon.
  20. Not going tomorrow and unable to watch as working (lucky omen?), but Easter Road has always been my favourite away ground / fixture. Loved going there since the early 80s, seen some great games, seen us win the league there a few times including my favourite day supporting Rangers, Helicopter Sunday. Also sure I witnessed Santa (a Bear in a Santa costume) get nicked there and was heard shouting, "what about Rudolph" as he was dragged away by Edinburgh's "finest"....
  21. Two great keepers.
  22. It's the feedback I'm seeing on chats and forums. If we get £3M for Ridvan I'd be amazed. Who, apart from us would pay that for a player with his injury record 😀
  23. Agreed. This is where we as a support fall down. 1 result and the manager is suddenly fantastic. We've all forgotten about St Mirren and Motherwell even though they happened just last week. Ridvan has one good game at RB and all of a sudden we no longer require a RB. We've suddenly forgotten that he's made of glass and will be back on the treatment table in a few days / weeks. After demolishing Celtic 3-0 in the 2nd OF game of the season, we cut the gap to 11 points. 11 points. We could win the next two OF games and still not win the league. We're still miles behind them (points wise) and visit an in-form Hibs on Sunday. Our away record points to us dropping yet more points which would in effect, render yesterday's result as pointless. Aye, let's keep him.
