Not difficult at all - I'm one of those shareholders. -

You are trolling, everyone on the board knows you're a troll. I'm flabbergasted that it's tolerated if I'm honest. Nobody said it was as easy as saying "thank you" and "waving goodbye" to the current board So you are either deliberately misquoting, misrepresenting or trolling. Tell us which one it is if it isn't trolling? -

Its simple - they can't- you know it but just don't want to admit it. All the changes? I just want 1 change. Come on, tell us how this board are going to turn things around? If you don't want them removed, there must be something (even a tiny thread) that you believe they can do to change things. -

This is my 43rd season of following Rangers. Most of those I've had a season ticket. Between 1983 to 1993 I think I missed 3 games we played in the UK (including friendlies). None of the above makes me any more of a fan then any other fan, but if "long-term" fans like us are thinking about this, then the club are in trouble. -

Basically as a fan that's all we've got. I'm at the "or not" point. If the Club isn't moved on, it's an inevitable slow demise/death. -

I could compile a 10,000 word dissertation on the subject but as you say, it wouldn't make a blind but of difference. The only people who can resolve this are those who got us into this state. Until you understand and accept this, we'll never move forward. As for bumping my gums, that's all I've got. Just like ever other fan on a messageboard. In saying that, it was "bumping of gums" for a few (me included) that eventually led to fans changing their opinion about SDM. Too late as it turned out on that occasion and probably be too late this time around as well. Why don't you tell us in detail how this board are going to turn us around and make us a force again? The floors all yours. -

It's bleak and I hate to say, I've been saying as much for a few seasons. The club / business is in the wrong hands. They should be thanked for their service and all the good that they have done but their inability to steer us forward through gross mismanagement tells its own sorry story. Most fans won't like that or agree with it, but that's the truth of the matter. Thinking that they'll somehow turn it around is as likely as believing in Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. -

It should fall to Director Of Recruitment but there is no harm in the manager recommending or being used to convince players to come. The blame starts and ultimately ends with / at the board's door but I can't see how anyone can conclude that Clement is the manager we need to take us forward. 4 away wins in our last 15 away league games proves this. He hasn't learnt any lessons or been able to work out a strategy to win away from Ibrox. That record is indefensible and inexcusable -

Why? It's a pointless exercise. But here are a few ; I named one a few days / week ago (David Moyes) and there were a dozen reason given why it wouldn't happen. All it would cost is the price of a phone-call. I'm sure even under our financial restraints we can still afford phone calls. Muscat out of contract but again, I'm sure posters will given another dozen reason why it won't happen. You keep mentioning Potter, very highly unlikely to happen, but again, it would only cost a phone call. Won't be popular but Russell Martin would be one I wouldn't rule out. Three of those 4 know what the club means. All 4 know "British football" and will have extensive contacts. I keep remembering what Graeme Souness said when questioned why he preferred Lampard over Clement - his contacts at Man City and Chelsea and his ability to tap into their academies for players. It's all immaterial anyway, we're stuck with Clement (apparently) no matter how far we regress. -

It wasn't Clements fault, it was the board's fault. Appointing Clement was also the board's fault. We've only won 4 of our last 15 league away games . When do we stop blaming the board, Beale, Gio, the players, the weather and focus on who is really to blame. As for who replaces him, I could name 4 or 5 managers but what's the point? I have no say on who replaces him, if anyone does. -

Defence in last two games Kelly - PC singing Jefte -PC signing Propper - PC signing Sterling - Beale signing but played very few games under Beale (if any). We need to stop making excuses for Clement. Only 4 wins in out last 15 away league games and it's everybody else's fault other than the manager. -

One for the statos (I don't know the answer!) Who was last Rangers player to score a hat-trick and not end up on the winning side? -

Well, well, well...... Here is the truth at last - no budget to improve the footballing part of the business as all "investment" going to rectify boards ongoing mismanagement. Hopefully part of that £8M is to get rid of Clement. -

He signed the current group of players. He's obviously signed the wrong type to win away from home domestically. In theory, it should be more difficult to win at home domestically and in Europe. -

That's true, but that shouldn't be a surprise to our manager, he's been here long enough to know this and come up with solutions to it. That he hasn't is sheer negligence. -

These average and medicore players have not lost at home domestically this season. We've dropped 2 points (the same as Celtic). The issue is away from home - look at our record (including last season), its horrific. We can make excuse after excuse for this away record, but given our home record, it points to how we set up and approach away games. As for who takes the job? I don't know, but sticking with Clement is a less attractive proposition with every passing away game. It's 5th January and we are 13 points behind Celtic 3 days after destroying them 3-0. The reason for that widening points chasm is down to our away "form". -

How come these same average and medicore players have a brilliant home record and are (once again) holding their own in Europe? For some reason the manager can not fathom out how to play away from home domestically. If he hasn't worked it out by now, he never will. -

Below is the league table split between home and away. How come it's the players and not the manager when we are brilliant at home, yet terrible away from home? If the only reason we can find to retain the manager is that we can't afford to sack him, then it's time to sack him. -

No, you misunderstood. Celtic are less likely to lose a 2 goal lead no matter who they are playing. YOU implied Hibs wouldn't have played as well against Celtic, I pointed out that they have. Again, we are where we are because of OUR failings, not Hibs or any other teams.
