  1. Boooooo Don't back down, doubledown.
  2. When it started, they didn't. It was Dempsy and his dream of moving to a heap in Cambuslang.
  3. What position does Clancy play for Aberdeen? If its CB maybe we should try and "buy" him 🤔
  4. When Celtic were in the grubber their fans united to oust the board who were holding them back. This didn't happen overnight, but the fans stuck together and forced change. When McCann took over he wasn't universally liked in the East End as he talked about ending bigotry etc. He stabilised them and the rest is history. The Celtic fans don't particularly like Lawwell and his Tory pals either but I suppose when you've won 13 out the last 14 league titles, have circa £70M in the bank and have a working player trading model, it smooths the criticism a bit
  5. I thought that I read it was footballing people that Stewart was bringing in to conduct the review?
  6. I liked Tillman and have kinda followed his career. A fantastic footballer with the potential to be world class. Still believe Beale threw the lad under the bus after the Scottish Cup tie against Partick.
  7. Don't think he's started - working his notice period.
  8. Haha aye - but obviously mines is right on this occasion 😀
  9. He really hasn't (Celtic game apart). He really can't
  10. Aye true, I'd still sell Ridvan even if it meant playing a 3 legged cat at RB.
  11. I think 13 titles out of the last 14 and being 15 points ahead of us despite us just demolitioning them 3-0 is all the comedy value they need. Long live the protestors.
  12. Also can we remember that Sundays protest wasn't a UB protest - many fans outwith the UB protested. Yet all ire appears to be directed at them. Let's also remember that circa 15,000 chose not to attend yesterday for various reason. Protesting would be one of those reasons.
  13. Nobody is denying the current board are Rangers minded or not out for themselves but that doesn't mean they are the correct people to take us forward. It could be argued that continued gross negligence and mismanagement is harming us just as much as the spivs did. How many chances to get things right do they get / deserve. Let's not forget the shareholders putting in their money to prop up the club were the people who got us into this mess in the first place. They have a history of treating fans terribly - just look at the CL ticket pricing as another example. If we hadn't won 55 Celtic would be going for / winning 14 in a row this season. Standards have fallen and the current incumbents are to blame.
  14. I'm rewriting nothing. I posted someone's perspective of what's happening and I agree with them. Green was applauded by the vast majority at Ibrox, outwith the UBs who booed him and took stick for it. It's obvious you and others have no time for the UBs - thats fine but allow them their right to protest without insinuating they brought the violence directed at them on Sunday on themselves. And allow and respect them to continue their protests no matter of we agree with them or not. Otherwise we are no better than the bullies who chased the David Murray protestors.
  15. And an attempt to enforce change. It may a forlorn hope but a legitimate form of protest that should be respected.
  16. Looks like the protests are going to continue https://x.com/UnionBears_07/status/1878554939338768821?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1878554939338768821|twgr^2c10ee0945ebde79652d842def8cb968552701a0|twcon^s1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.followfollow.com%2Fforum%2Fthreads%2Fprotest-made-its-point-now-support-the-team.290799%2F
  17. Between Dio and Cerny for me. Gone for Cerny.
  18. Those making statements and protesting don't need to offer solutions or alternatives. When they were protesting against the Spivs, they had no alternatives or solutions, they just wanted them out (and were abused for doing so). That they offer no solutions or alternatives doesn't and should deflect from.their legitimate protest and points. As for not looking at us as Murrat did, they lied to us about Copland project and treat us like something they scraped off their shoes - seems rather Murray like to me. This sums it up for me
  19. Plenty of people have asked for and received a seat move, me included (when I joined TBO). I'm sure the BF4 section was identified for TBO and those wanting to join were moved there. As for the 2nd paragraph, yes I am going there, as its the truth. You or me don't own our seat at Ibrox, we pay to use it season by season. I like my seat and I like the people around me but I understand that I don't own the seat. It may only have been one of the reasons but ultimately those who were moved only have the club to blame. Their reaction on Sunday was horrific - throwing objects including coins at fellow fans is a new low. As for the UBs they do plenty of good, they do plenty of bad but getting blamed for seat moves and being attacked by fellow fans is despicable behaviour.
  20. First half was decent with a high tempo, some good attacking play and 3 good goals (although the 3rd was a gift). Second half was the complete opposite. St Johnstone changed their formation and once again our manager struggled to counteract their change. 3 points and limp on to Wednesday against a struggling Aberdeen who you can bet will be up for it.
