We've played here 4 times now in the last 3 seasons and every game is a carbon copy of the last one. Zero chances created and zero tempo. The common denominator is that bloody awful pitch. I hate it with a passion

Does anyone know the company behind these videos? They are very similar to ones on Liverpool's social media platforms. Very professional indeed

Tough draw but winnable IMO

If the title is wrapped up before we visit the Stadium of Blight, will they provide a guard of honour for the champions?

Yes, 7 points required to make it mathematically certain.
Thanks Cammy. Hopefully they win their next 2 games to give us the chance of repeating 1999

Does this mean we can now win the league at Parkhead with even a draw? Going on the basis that both teams win their next 2 games

Why is this being compared to the previous Celtic and Aberdeen cases? In those cases the players in question returned to training and interacted with other players. The Rangers case was nipped in the bud early and the players did not return to training. Or am I missing something?

I must admit I’m more than a little worried about this game tomorrow. After such a roller coaster of a game on Thursday, and considering it is always difficult coming back from an away European game, I am hoping we can re-focus on this massive game in front of us.
Clearly, we need to re-jig the line up again with the injuries picked up and unavailable players, and our opponent will be well up for this one also.
I will take 3 points any way they come and get us closer to the finishing line, but I’m not expecting a similarly exciting game. We must start in the right fashion with a high tempo, try to get the game won early.
Hopefully the return of European games is enough to break us out of our recent domestic sludge where we have struggled in many recent games to find and keep the right tempo. We know we have to play at a much higher level to go further in Europe, and we might see that level filtering into our domestic games now.
I would love to put in a great performance, score a few goals, clean sheet, and put even more pressure on the bheasts at Dingwall later tomorrow. A Carlsberg Sunday would take us to 2 wins away from the title!
I understand the trepidation but I think we will win this game comfortably. The injuries shouldn't have too much impact on our shape. I can see this becoming a 3/4 goal victory if we get an early goal and set a good tempo.

yeah to me we didn't look to be about ball retention we looked to be going for goals
in fairness to him the 2 crosses he did put in were decent.
IMO our ball retention in the right areas (last third) got us the goals. I'm glad we didn't resort to hopeful crosses

When you stop and think what SG has done for this club in two and a half seasons it's nothing short of remarkable. From the shambles against Progres Niederkorn and what felt like endless humiliations against Celtic he's restored the club's pride, restored the club's standing across the footballing world, largely healed and united the support and utterly eclipsed our greatest rivals. Now we stand on the verge of our first trophy in ten years. From the very start I've believe he fully understood where he was and the task in front of him. He has never bullshitted anyone, never tried to curry favour and never been anything other than straight with players and fans alike. I don't know how long we'll have him at Rangers but I suggest everyone should relish every minute we have this diamond at the helm. Don't waste a second in negativity.
Comment of the week.

we should be fine without Tav defensively but we will hugely miss him going forwards. Balogun was frightened to cross the ball on Thursday night and constantly shuffled it backwards instead.
I think you're being harsh on the big guy. I thought he was quite composed and opted for ball retention rather than speculative crosses into a packed area. Passing it to our more creative players seemed sensible IMO. Ok he might not be Tav but I'm sure he'll fill in ok in his absence. He has got a good engine on him and he is quick

Alfie for me. Far a few odd misplaced passes I thought his decision making was great last night. And he also worked tirelessly

Can Balogan and Jack not cover there for the meantime?
Thought the big man was great last night. That should be enough to get us over the line?

Just a wee post script from last night. What was the need between Borna and their keeper after the penalty? Seemed quite out of character for Barasic.

It was a match strewn with errors, by both defences and the officials.
Could've been 9-8.
Reminded me of the Moscow and Young Boys games. Very naive indeed. Luckily we got the win this time

A damned close run thing, as someone said about an encounter in Belgium.
I think that we edged it, on the 2nd half performance.
As for overall performance, I have to say that what we get away with in the SPL, we don't get away with in Europe.
Saying that I can't recall us being so poor at the back in the league? Maybe St Mirren in the league cup but tonight was bizarre

What the Fck? Neighbour came to the door at 1-0 to tell me something about the bins and I return and we're down 2-1. That was like watching us 2 years ago. Thought we amazing in parts but so naive in others. Would have kept Kamara on and taken Aribo off personally. We saw the best and worst of Kent. And what about the big man at RB storming the full length of the pitch?
Literally shit myself when Aribo fluffed the backpass!!

Surprised at Kent not being there and Arfield coming in (considering he's not played much football).

Tims could only manage 1-0 v The sheep. 29 games now played for both teams. 15 pts ahead and 19 goals better to the good. Oh and they were apparently very average.
9 games to play.

So long as this was the first such "party" they'd been to.
Exactly what I was thinking.

So I presume as long as nobody subsequently test positive the rest of the first team squad are are free from any quarantine sanctions?

I usually don't give a flying f**k about that shower and barely give them a thought but after the last 9 years, I take immense joy in their turmoil.
With that in mind... Brown and his elbows, Tierney and his shitty megaphone, Lustig and yer police hat, Griffiths and his terrible hairpiece, Lennon and his wotsit teeth...GIRFUY!
