Such a pity that fellow Sakala isn’t good enough 🙄

Let's go!! Even a draw here would be a moral victory IMO

Hate to mention refs but there have been a few occasions when he should have blown for very obvious free kicks IMO

Lack of a game plan in the final third again. I dont see where a goal is coming from.
I think we are hoping for a break or a moment of individual quality

2 observations.
Why is Tav taking outswinging corners on the far side? Surely Borna should be whipping those in??
They are very average IMO.

Considering our starting personnel I thought we did ok. Is it worth trying Itten on for Sakala and Aribo out right? We've had some decent possession but it's evident we are missing a front line. Sakala is not good enough.

Sakala's quality or lack of it demonstrated in that passage of play

Glad Wright is not starting. Airfield could be key. Hopefully Sakala can step up.

How are we going to line up today? Where are our goals coming from?
Airfield has to start IMO.

I thought Dortmund in first half at Ibrox were the best side I'd seen us face in a couple of decades. They looked capable of opening us up at will.
Leipzig look on par with Dortmund IMO, and will expect to beat us easily at Ibrox if we open up.
It's a conundrum for the management team as we need to score but need to stop them from scoring. We need players back (Roofe and Ramsey) but even at full strength it'll take one of our best ever European performance to progress to the final.
Not impossible as Ibrox can be a magical place at times
Sorry to state the bleeding obvious but I feel like we need to get the first goal to have any chance of going through. If they score first, it could be a long old night

Is it just me or does anyone else have zero or very little appetite for this match?

Oh agree, but we can but hope for consistancy in reporting. I feel our heroics in Europe have been underplayed in Scotland, compare and contrast with the praise we are receiving in rest of UK and further afield.
🤣🤣🤣 Keep hoping. Most "journalists" in our country have an IQ that is equivalent to a plank of wood.

they didn't look any better than Braga we will do them.
I thought they looked a step up from Braga to be honest.

My big worry would be that their away record is pretty decent but hopefully a full house at Ibrox will inspire us to victory.

Well need roofe back if were going to go through.
Sadly I agree with this. I'm struggling to see where our goals are going to come from.

Yeah, a squad player signed from Aberdeen looks out of place in a Europa Semi Final shocker.
Looked no worse than most of our players so far IMO
Think Sakala is a better option in this line up.

Just don't think Wright is good enough at this level.

After the ECWC Final defeat in 1967(0-1 Bayern Munich), the start of 1967-68 season saw the introduction of several younger players. Colin Jackson, Alex Miller, Dennis Setterington, etc. Easily, the easiest on the eye was a young inside forward called, Billy Jardine. I saw him score against Aberdeen at Ibrox in August'67. The following August when we defeated Sellik 2-4 at ra Piggery, he was still Billy Jardine.
I do not know when the switch to Sandy occurred?

I see Leipzig lost at home 2-1 to Union Berlin. I wonder if they rested players?

Davis defying the years again. Superb player.
It's crazy to think that Davis played in the UEFA cup final 14 years ago.

Well done. Couldn't really ask for more. Depleted front line but we bosses the game in the 2nd half and should be walking away with all 3 points. That's a moral victory in my eyes.
