  1. I just watched the highlights of the PSV game and it looks like Sturm Graz were adopting our defending playbook. As a side note, De Jong is a monster and would have loved to have seen him in a Rangers Jersey. Reminds me of big Dado.
  2. Agree100%. As I said before, their numbers are very similar so I hope we pushed hard for the highest fee possible. Beale has previously debunked some of the fees involved for our incoming players and I'm sure he stated yesterday that our summer trading should even itself out. We've only sold Colak and Sakala at this point and the best profitable asset we have is Kamara, so we shall see.
  3. I doubt if its under 3 million so that equates to a decent profit on a guy we got for nothing.
  4. Apologies if this has been clarified but is this down injuries or illness?
  5. We got him for nothing so the profit would be decent. Still think we could have got more if he is away to Saudi. Jota went for 25 million but both players have similar stats from last season. Fashion - Goals 12 Assists 7 Jota - Goals 11 Assists 10
  6. The same could be said of everyone at BBC Radio Scotland sport. Have you ever heard the analysis of Willie Miller? Old Willie still thinks it's 1987.
  7. That's kind of heart breaking tbh. Good luck to the guy. Seems like one of the good guys.
  8. ********Butland******** **Goldson****Souttar** Tav*************Ridvan ********Raskin********* ***Cifu******Cantwell** *******Lammars******** ***Danilo****Dessers***
  9. I can't see Tav being dropped at all but this is definitely getting close to the team we should be looking to aim towards. Is it too early in the season? Who knows. European nights at a noisy Ibrox under the lights can do wonders. Here's hoping...
  10. I see the Tav (ma baw) video is doing the rounds. The one when he runs 60 yards to take a potential quick shy away from Lundstram only for the ball to end up back at Butland!!
  11. I was about to ask the same question. I like the odd stat but I don't need an incomprehensible graph to tell me we were crap. I have a set of eyes.
  12. It used to be strictly the domain of Timothy but alas we seem to be also afflicted by the same madness.
  13. I'm holding onto the slim hope that we will turn this around. I remember being at the opening games in 86 (Easter Rd) and 98 (Tynecastle) and returning home equally despondent. Those seasons turned out be great in the end.
  14. I don't want to dredge up an age old debate but when Kent was in the team we always had an out ball and width. Even Sakala provided that on occasions. Yesterday we had nothing like that.
  15. It may be myopic but I genuinely can't think too far ahead in Europe after yesterday's shambles. We need to reassert ourselves domestically and after that mess yesterday the Livingston game is paramount.
  16. We have to play 2 up front. We cannot spend the best part of 10 million on 2 players to have one on the bench.
  17. We have to remember playing for Hearts is immeasurably different from playing for Rangers. I fully expect Lowry to excell at Hearts and only confirm what we know. He's an excellent player. The true measure of his future at Rangers will not come down to his playing ability but more his strength of character IMO.
  18. Raskin because he was at least trying to drive forward. Oh and he looked like cared.
  19. Best video I've seen regarding yesterday. It's genuinely hard to argue with anything this lad has to say.
  20. The width is an issue for me. Tav and BB were completely redundant today as we continually tried to play through a congested middle area.
