Glad we agree on something Gonzo?
-
Brilliant video but it's Rangers not Glasgow Rangers.
-
Maybe the element of surprise when it comes to Sadiq? The players wont know what to expect...including ours ?
-
Why would anyone (including Bears) wear a football top to an airport?
-
Let's face we've given him enough material to write about over last few years tbh. Ex-player dares to criticise aspects of Rangers and people are up in arms. Grow a thicker skin.
-
Not sure about 'unleashing' him v Hamilton with the semi in mind. Same team for me and let's get the 3pts in the bag
-
I don't believe Jack and Dorrans are fit. Haliday is a decent shout. Middleton will probably play against England U-21's tomorrow in Edinburgh. ?
-
Agree. Big Eck is so uninspiring
-
Christ...Sadiq must truly be god awful...
-
Will be a tricky game due to the lack of an obvious striker. Maybe SG might surprise everyone and throw big Sadiq in there?
-
Scotland qualifying for anything seems like 3 lifetimes away tbh
-
Fair enough but that's a lifetime ago. Football has moved on so much since then. What I should have said is that this squad is the best we've had in the last decade or so.
-
When did our squad have higher end EPL players?
-
Horrific is a bit OTT. Alan McGregor, Teirney, Robertson, McKenna, McDonald, Cairney, Armstrong, Fraser, Jack, McGinn, Callum McGregor, Forrest, Ritchie and Naismith are all operating at EPL/Championship or SPL level. Recently qualified teams like NI and ROI would love those players IMO. The problem is not the squad, it's the prehistoric managers we choose to employ.

Fantastic read. Thanks for that mate -
Did wee Spence bring the subject of Malky McKay to the morality table?
-
I disagree with regards to the squad. I think this is the best squad we've had in a while. We're short in some areas but there are some decent players there (especially midfield). Many of our squad play in the EPL and on paper they are superior than NI and ROI and on a par with Wales (outwith Bale). They just need a proper coach to shape them, not a guy who is living off success from 12 years ago.

I'm not invalidating votes. I'm just not sure of the voting process tbh. Are the names put forward by the SFA and then the public vote on them? Or do you the public just vote from the outset? If it is the latter then surely the nominations could be influenced by larger fan numbers? Rangers and Celtic have thousands more fans than every other team in Scotland so surely it would be easy to mobilise fans online and vote/nominate any player? If it is the former option and the players were put forward by the SFA, then I stand by original point about 70 games not being enough to get you in the HOF. And finally...can you please complete a post without labelling other people or their views as stupid?

I've just seen McLeish's post match interview. He said it was a game of 2 halves. I agree. Both halves went to Israel

Sorry to dwell on the details but they mention racist and sectarian controversies in the press articles. I remember the flute playing thing (which seemed more naive than anything) but what else are they referring to?
