He'll be back at Ibrox in about 4 or 5 years time. That's if we could afford him. He's only going to get better.

That was almost as bad as the amount of times phone numbers are mentioned in a 30 second car insurance advert !!!!!!!

Spartans and Edinburgh City have done pretty well in the Scottish cup in the last two seasons. I think Edinburgh City is just about all student players though. What about Gala Fairydean? I know for sure Clachnicudden (Inverness' other team) have a really decent fan base but I think they've just become homeless due to not paying their rent for the stadium !?!?! There are a lot of old ICT and Ross County players in the side.

It's a bit of a shame really, the die hard fans will have nothing to do now on a Saturday ! Drink !! I think it'll be time for another Central belt team or Junior team to join the ranks as the Highland league has had four clubs submitted in the last ten or so years. Fair's fair.

More rumours about Lovenkrands again today. My mate who lives in Glasgow was texting me.
-
I'd try nutmugging them first just for foreplay !

McManus was outstanding today. Hard to say but I'm just being honest, thought he read and intercepted everything. Koller was starting to get annoyed with him which shows that McManus had him snuffed out.

He did try, I'll give him that but just didn't score the goals we wanted him to.

That's sad news indeed, life only begins at 21. -
I wonder if an outsider will win it again just as Greece did ? What odds on the Turks or Croats ?

So long as the ball stops going back to the keeper all the time. Between him and Hemdani it started annoying me how negative they can be. Yet Dailly if given some space can move pretty quickly when prompted to.

Hibs fans singing "You only sing at your weddings" aimed at the Gretna fans, quality !! :fish:

lol, well spotted. They all end with ov these Russkies: Crackoneov jerkov tugitov fuckov pullitcleanov etc etc

Yep, they'll certainly be the most entertaining to watch but don't have a Fernando Torres type striker. They've never really had outstanding strikers but if Ronaldo hits form then he can do all the scoring. PS. That Quaresma guy on the wing is just as good as Ronaldo and Nani and will be worth £30M by the end of the tournament. He's got amazing feet aswell ! Check him oooot: Yep, he's even got that Portuguese mood swing thing too........lol Ricardo Pereira (Real Betis) Paulo Ferreira (Chelsea) Ricardo Carvalho (Chelsea) Pepe (Real Madrid) Jose Bosingwa (Porto) Ricardo Quaresma (Porto) Armando Petit (Benfica) Deco (Barcelona) Nani (Manchester United) Hugo Almeida (Werder Bremen) Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United)

Mark Hughes is on the bookies shortlist. I can't remember his odds though but maybe worth a wee wager. It doesn't matter who takes the job in the end, the fans will still miss 'The great one' !!

Cruel blow for Leeds Utd and Gary MacAllister. That 15 point deduction has counted afterall. It's a shame in a way for the club as it has a massive following and was a Champions League semi-finalist a few years back with quite a squad of players. Doncaster are good but I feel Leeds would've really made the Championship interestingfor next season. I'm not a Leeds Utd fan but I do want Macca to do well as I do all Scots managers and players in England.

Commentators and ourselves are constantly crediting his magnificent reading of the game, in particular the way he comes across from left back to cover Weir and Cuellar, perhaps then if big Dave hangs up his boots Sasa could be moved back to his favoured Central defensive role alongside Carlos ?? Maybe that way Stevie Smith or a possible new left back might do better with regards to getting the ball into the middle for the strikers from the wing which we all know Sasa isn't brilliant at yet ? Just a thought ahead of next season.

Agreed, even our own players didn't even celebrate at the end but seemed like a huge sigh of relief was evident around the pitch and the terraces. Boyd and Beasley were pretty good today despite being up against an inferior team. I think all the plaudits have to go to QOS today, they really gave it their all and at 2-2 I was very worried !! Still 2 trophies from 4 is a good season, let's hope Walter can strengthen the team and maybe give us more flair for next season.

Good post as always Cammy, yeah with Cousin I just don't think he's a team player, one notable thing from last night's game was he was caught standing there despite Charlie Adam's decent back post cross. Nacho seems to have his heart in the right place. He's not the most tricky of players and isn't strong on the ball but his heart is in the right place and he would 'take a bullet' for the team. I wonder if big Eck would let us take Cameron Jerome off his hands to replace Cousin. I also wonder if Da Marcus Beasley will have a bigger impact (injury free) next season.
-
Yeah 2-0, nothing special though, they will have their chances but all teams do. I think Boyd will probably start and finish the game for a change. If we don't score by half time I will get a bit nervous though.

Great, another 10 or 12 matches in one month, advantage Celtic already !
-
If Motherwell are in the UEFA cup he's probably better staying there. At least he'll get to pick his own players.......lol
-
Those are some nasty teams !! Let's hope we get Bangor Town or Shelbourne instead !
-
I'll join ya for the drive big man, we'll put all three seat belts on him in the back seat so he doesn't try to head-butt us............lol

Can someone please ask WS some decent questions?
Hurlock replied to ascender's topic in Rangers Chat
I would have asked him if he'll ever make a non-injury forced substitute before the 60 minute mark !
