It's been a cagey game, but end-to-end at times. It's the same problem of a lack of quality in the final third; a real failure to hit the target.

He certainly does! It has been an exciting opening to the game; Poland look very good going forward. I have to laugh: the BBC pundits were asked to name their player of the tournament thus far, and Lennon picked Poland's Milik: he's just skied a shot at an open goal, and is still to score in the tournament...

I can no longer take predictions for the Switzerland-Poland game, but I can for the others (until they kick-off, obviously).

I've just read that Slaven Bilic has returned to his West Ham job and won't be a pundit for the rest of the tournament for ITV. I'm gutted -- I'll miss his refreshingly frank and insightful musings on the games. He was excellent to watch: jumping on the desk after Payet's winner was a definite high point.

Good point. I think it's best, considering a draw is 1/3 of the options, if we take the Score at the end of normal match play, so 90 minutes + Extra Time. Penalties will be not be considered. Thanks for bringing it up!

The games yesterday were not as fruitful as they could have been, and while the 4th game yielded a point for most, only one gained full points. Bearman, compo, dB, BEARGER and YB (Yorkshire Bear) gained 1 point for the Hungary-Portugal game; no one gained full points. Cooponthewing, BEARGER, the gunslinger, blueflag and Pete gained 1 point for the Iceland-Austria game; with Cooponthewing and blueflag gaining full points! For the Italy-Ireland game, only buster got any points; but they were full points! Most got a point for predicting the Belgium win against Sweden, but only blueflag gained full points for correctly predicting the 0-1 scoreline. blueflag moves up several places in the table with full points from two of the four games. Portugal equalise again! 3-3! Best game of the tournament! Austria also equalise! 1-1!

Again, what is happening?! Austria squander a penalty and twice Portugal equalise only to concede again. 1-0 Iceland, and 3-2 Hungary.

The first two games were relatively high scoring, with the majority gaining points for the Germany and Poland wins. TB and Pete gained full points for one of the games, correctly predicting the score. Whosthedado gains full points for both early kick-offs! But, it's the moment we've all been waiting for: with full points on both 17:00 kick-offs, Mrs Craig overtakes Craig in the table. Terrific predicting from Mrs Craig! The 20:00 kick-offs were low scoring. Coopontheeing and Little General correctly predicted the Turkey win gaining 1 point. But special mention to dB who was the only person to claim points in the Croatia-Spain game, gaining full points for correctly predicting the 2-1 Croatia win. I can put up with McGovern not singing GSTQ if he puts in performances like this -- save after save! He'd be a great addition to our squad.

I think he's more suited to playing centrally, when we have to break down a stubborn defense. A full pre-season may see him fit into the squad more.

Pressure finally rewarded. 0-1 Germany. It's probably the most enjoyable game I've watched at the Euro's. Germany have been impressive going forward.
