I can see why we've stuck with him.

I initially thought this was a negative -- with the boost that usually occurs when management changes, and the difference in tactics after you've scouted for weeks -- but the assistant is stepping up so I don't see the boost happening, and the tactics will be similar, so it may be a positive. 

We still have to turn up.
