I'm not sure that would help, to be fair. It's the stage before the ball gets to the strikers/forwards that is letting us down.

His movement might bring something, though.  

A bit more aggression now, penning them in. 

There no movement, though. We're struggling to break down their defence. 

We started very well, gifted them a goal, and we're now running about like headless chickens. 

There is a real lack of quality and confidence in playing that final pass.

However, Kent has a tendency to drift about too much. I think if he kept his discipline out wide, we'd be able to create some good 1-on-1's for him. 

Gough's advice to Katic rubbing off? Katic bursts his nose -- I think? -- winning his header.

I've been thinking Halliday's 'midfield mentality' comes to the fore when he's playing inside like he is. He's maybe trying to add layer of protection against their counter. He's very much playing inside, almost as a back-three. 

It's not really Barasic's strength, to play inside. 

Terrific shot from Davis. Turns the defender inside-out to create a shooting chance. 'Keeper tips it over the bar. 

Kent and Davis have started very well!

Lively play in a tight area. Davis' close control almost setting something up.

Looks like a 4-3-3, with a 1-2 midfield. That explains why Coulibaly is preferred to McCrorie--Kamara is the favoured DM, Coulibaly can play a liitle higher; McCrorie can't.  

Great pressing from Kent wins the ball back. Ends in Davis crossing, but over overyone. Not a bad cross. 

Counter from Killie sums us up. 

Their long ball hits off Brophy's arse and actually helps them work a chance. Brophy pulls up taking the shot, which hit the side-netting. 

McAleny comes on to replace Brophy.

Those changes were enforced (Jack and Arfield carrying knocks, according to SG at the press conference), except maybe Halliday being preferred for the 'battle' it'll be.
