I always thought TB was overly biased when commenting on Tierney. I never thought he was that bad in previous games, but yesterday he was truly woeful: couldn't receive or hold a ball, couldn't pass or cross, and his defending was non-existent, merely jogging about. I still prefer the moniker 'crispy hips'.

Katic was 4th choice, for me. It's still a big blow.

Hastie was signed for his potential, after good performances for Motherwell at 20 years old. I do think he was signed too early: I don't think he had actually played that many games for Motherwell? This is a good move for him and us. If he can perform well at the higher end of the League, then he can do a job for us.

I'm pleased with the profile of Olson. He's similar to Hagi in the sense that he's a young talent, with a big money move behind him, that hasn't quite settled in his new surroundings.
