Depends which player it is and who's responding. If it's Tavernier, @der Berliner would have him hung, drawn and quartered. If it's Kent, @DMAA would use it as another example of why Kent's not good enough. If it's Barker, @ian1964 will have the taxi drawing up at Auchenhowie. If it's Morelos, it's another example of a disciplinary issue. If it's Kevin Thomson, @craig would be saying he's actually great with his kid, and the virus probably started it. Say what you will, though, Josh Windass would never be caught in this type of situation. ?

I've never been convinced Solskjaer is the right man, long-term. He was good when he first came in, he's not developed the side too much. They should have moved for Pochettino - whether he's able to get them back to the top is debatable, but at the very least he'd be able to organise the side and get them playing properly. Utd still have bigger issues behind the scenes, though. Newcastle are poor. Everton were worse, though: clearly missing Richarlison and James. They've got a good squad, but those two are their only quality creativity. Brighton need to start scoring goals. They dominate most games they play, but they cannot score to save their lives. It has to change. I'm looking forward to Leeds-Leicester tonight; should be a good one.

Why not, if it keeps the clean sheet?

Their front two pressed more second half. We didn't peg them back with long balls as we did in the first half, to etch out a space to play, so it got really scrappy and congested. Arfield was deeper second half too, which gave us fewer targets to hit. I think we were maybe looking to move towards a counter-attacking gameplan. Somewhat risky and negative, but we've not done well on that pitch so you can understand us being a tad conservative. If we had been as aggressive as we were at the start, we could have blitzed them, but in reality we didn't take advantage and actually created more when we went more counter-attacking. As someone said, if Kent has his shooting boots on, we grab a couple of goals second half. Perhaps we were banking on blitzing them early on? It's a bit of a knife-edge. We have to be pleased that we've seen it out.

Aribo is still coming back from injury, so I wonder if it was always the plan to take him off. We can't argue with that. Bringing Balogun on was negative, I suppose, but the irony is we did better when he did, both in terms of blocking the centre and it opened up the break with Kent and Itten playing up front. I though Itten did well; nothing sparkling, but he worked really hard for the team.

Itten deserves to take a strike, but I would prefer they take it to the corner, as Arfield is doing now. A wee kick out on Arfield there, missed by the linesman standing right over it.

Well done Kent for winning that. I was expecting a foul on our 'keeper - everyone else gets it.

We were very good for the first 35 minutes, then it became a bit scrappy. Our play was really good at times, and we really did deserve more. I'm frustrated but I have to be pleased with the effort.
