Family reasons, and to pursue other options.

Wilson was approached prior to Allen's appointment, but turned us down saying it wasn't the right time. I think he wanted the system in place, rather than building it himself.

Allen was able and willing to build the structure.

Ach, screw it! I'm going with Stewart. I thought he was very good; at the heart of so much of our good play. 

I thought Barasic, Kamara, and Stewart were very good. 

Hard to best Defoe, though, getting a hat-trick.

Arfield and Davis come off, Polster and Murphy come on. 

Defoe spins his man, jinks to the right a few times, then slots it across the 'keeper into the far corner. Wonderful. Strength, technique, and the finish. 

Arfield seems to be playing on auto-pilot. He's doing things that ordinarily would be good, but the situation is not ripe for them. 

Polster and Murphy look to be about to join the action.

Borna Barasic makes it 3-0, with a beautifully placed free-kick. 

Stewart has been so unlucky not to grab a couple of goals: he's been a fraction off connecting to a few crosses.
