I agree. That Ridvan vote was just @Graeme Ro55 torpedoing my dream of a unanimous vote.

I don't think he was expected to start - he only got a run because Raskin was injured - Clement said as much. He's picked up a few number of votes in our MotM threads, so he's been a good purchase for most. @compo wants to make him captain!

He's been one of our better performers. He's a young home grown talent. Yes.

From what I read, Aberdeen were after £1m for Barron, whereas we had offered £500k. That's a win.

Managers that switch like that cannot compete against those that have a well-drilled philosophy. There's also a difference between tactics and philosophy. Most modern managers will have a recognisable philosophy, but that doesn't mean they don't adapt tactically.

I still think we'll be working with a one out, one in policy.
