I really like the idea of this 4-diamond-2 formation. It suits the players. I'd just like another #10 in place of Kent—Tillman or Hagi would be better. We also need more from the Full-backs: we need them to get to the byline more and to make more runs.

Raskin's line-breaking passes and runs are just beautiful. I wished we had someone similar instead of Kent's square passes.

It didn't take long for the praise for MB's 'refreshingly honest' press conferences to flip to 'he has to be more guarded', 'he's too needy', 'wants to be liked', etc. It only took one defeat.

I don't understand this merry-go-round in Scotland. Clubs just seem to pass around the same rubbish players and failed managers between themselves.

Good decision all-round.

I think GvB and his staff were responsible for a large part of the injury problem (excluding the perma-crocks). Our fitness, too, was superb until GvB's methods started to take over.

What are your thoughts, folks?
