Amorim definitely needs to new personnel - he's only working with what he has at the moment. Both are 3-4-2-1. The difference is Amorim like very offensive WBs. Conte played Alonso (a FB) and Moses (a RW).

I think our intentions and ideas were progressive, but the league has let us down.

Ideally we need the B-team to play in the league pyramid, like Spain and Germany, etc., but if they can't, then I would grudgingly accept this decision. Now we need to see the youngsters go out on loans. The final snippet (a link-up with lower league sides to allow easy loans) would be a decent alternative, so hopefully that gets ratified.

That type of player, yes, but he doesn't have an end product. Hagi is better in that regard. Cortes is returning, too.

Danilo has been relatively quiet, and was guilty of missing at least one good chance, but I think his link-up with Igamane looks really encouraging.

Not a lot of chances, but they were of really good quality. There were some lovely passages of play throughout. Hagi and Nsiala have played some pin-point balls. I like Hagi but I feel like another Cerny-type player on the left would suit the team more.
