You literally just said that. No one's arguing with you about the latter part. Even if we give a new man 3 years, and we're all on board, if he starts like Pedro then he should be punted.

So why are you arguing for giving a manager time, when you've also just said "its obvious [Beale]'s not the right man"? Why would you give time to the wrong man?

You're not giving Beale years (he's had 10 months) - why? 'It may take [two to three years] to win us the league back'? What if it doesn't?

I've already said it: You're saying it's damaging to sack managers, so we should stick with a failing manager? It doesn't make sense to me. We're sacking them because they've failed. Surely sticking with a failing manager is much worse than a 'look'. It's only a poisoned chalice if the whole club is a sh*t-show. We're not. We just need a DoF and a competent manager. We don't need a revolution.
