It's a step up for Koppen, after several years in various scouting roles. 'Director of Football Recruitment' sounds like a change in role from a pure DoF. That's not necessarily a bad thing as we do require a recruitment specialist. PSV seem to have assembled a really good squad. We've taken a Head of Performance from Brighton, too. It doesn't say what he did at Brighton, though. Taking ideas from Brighton can't be a bad thing.

There are definite improvements, but he can only work with the tools he has.

The fans booing and groaning at every little thing is becoming a problem. For example, last night they started to moan when Cifuentes passed the ball back to the 'keeper. Did they not realise that there was (a) no pass on, and (b) three defenders around him so if he gave it away it would probably be a 4-on-1 attack? It was the correct pass.

We have to take off everyone, Cammy. But we shouldn't bring anyone on because they're all p*sh.

Clement has spoken of our fitness. Hopefully he can improve it. It has been awful for too long. It won't be done until he gets a proper pre-season, though, IMO.

I'd rather have Messi. If we're chasing a goal, I'd rather see another striker on the pitch.

It could just be a tactical change - bringing on a winger for a #10 - to go to more of a 4-4-2. Ideally, if you bring on a winger you don't want to take off a striker (Lammers).

I've said this before but I see him as a #6 / deep-lying playmaker rather than a #10. He's not mobile, but he's combative, and he has good passing range. Let him dictate from deep.

I didn't mention Gonzo. You said "For all those happy / settling for a point". You've assumed some are happy with a point. I don't think anyone has said they are happy with a point. I said it wasn't a bad result, given the circumstances. I'm still disappointed. This is silly.
