The likes of Tugay couldn't even get a regular game! The midfield was probably strongest. Reyna Ferguson Albertz RDB Ricksen GVB and Kanchelskis. Amato Mols JJ. Porrini Hendry Amo and Numan at the back. Remember when DA played Tugay at sweeper. We thought he was off his head but our current Manager Mr Van Bronckhorst scored the winner in Monaco. We played Bayern off the park twice too. Other than Moscow at Ibrox in 92 I think the most gutted - European wise outside the two Europa/Uefa final defeats - is the nights against Bayern. Bucketful on Monday after getting to Faro. Couldnt sleep on the Tuesday because of thinking about the game. Up til 4am Wednesday into Thursday and flight back to Cork of all places at 1am in the morning 7 hour layover. Got back about 10am on the Friday morning. I dunno how our guys do it every European trip. Would do it again next season for the CL Final
