I agree, but also most of the guys PLG signed were all fairly young. It was more the experienced guys that he didn't want to sign - Pressley. ECk had his favourites like Namouchi and tended to stick with them. Hopefully WS gives this kid and some others a chance to shine. Hopefully if we have 2nd place sewn up before the end of the season some of them will be given a run in the side

For Hartley, once Celtic came calling there was only ever one team he was going to sign for. There aren't many players that I would say they had more chance than us in signing in a straight race, but Hartley is an exception.

How is it similar to MJ? Was Hartley shown in a Gers strip and the joined them? Is Hartley a Gers fan who stabbed them in the back and joined his nearest rivals? Fatty Fulton talking shi*e again.

I think he'll do OK, can't see him being a sensation at Ibrox, but you never know. It's going to be a bit awkward for him when he comes up against us or the tims for the rest of this season though

I tend to agree, but we're stuck with him untill the summer(at least) so we should get behind him. Also if he did spit at somebody that is a disgrace. I remember Ian Ferguson did that to big Petric a few years back

The funny thing is they seriously believed that. Some of them probably thought Riquelme was actually there too. Having said that our most 'exciting' one was S McDonald. I'm just glad it's doen now and we can get on with building a team towards mounting a strong challenge next year

To be honest I couldn't really care less where Hartley fits into their team. Let them worry about their lot. I'm just glad he's not going to be wearing blue. If he plays every week fair enough, if he sits and rots on the bench then all the better!

I know we're a little biased, but Thomsen is a far better signing. Quite glad Hartley chose them, hated him anyway and now I can hate him more

Have to admit I was one of the Hartley - No way brigade, but now I'm starting to think it might be a good idea. How sick would the Mhanks be if we got him as well as Thomsen? Beginning to look more n more unlikely tho

Is Green fit? I saw Carroll playing last night and just assumed Green was injured? Strange choice indeed. Harewood and Carlton Cole are both too sinilar and neither are they very good. At least Zamora works his socks off for them

He's not agreed a deal with the Germans, so unless someone else makes a move. which now looks unlikely. Can't say I'm too fussed either way tbh

Tbh I don't rate Gow as highly as some people seem to. If we get him fair enough, if we don't then it'll be Falkirk's loos because we will probably get him for nothing in the summer. Surprised the Dhims aren't in for him, they seemed to get linked with every player we're after

I don't know about Bain - let's just say I'm not a fan. Even if we complete a transfer nowadays it seems to take forever and there is lots of bids rejected before we finally come up with a package. I know times have changed, but I can remember in the early 90's in fact probably the whole of the 90's when transfers were down and dusted and then we were told about them. Now the press seem to know everything about them and stories go on for weeks

Not having a go at you ascender, but where does the guy on Follow Follow get that we'll sign Gordon. We're struggling to stump up the cash for Hartley, Gow etc. How much would Gordon cost?? - too much for us is the short answer

Tbh I would not be surprised if Buffel doesn't make this move. Hannover arfe not exactly a big German team and he will likely be on a good wage at Ibrox. It's all speculation really at the moment. No doubt there will be loads more to come before the Deadline
