Absolutely gutted for Barca last night. With two mins to go looked like they were going into the Final games as faviourites and then bang one minute changed everything. That happened with us that year we won it on goal difference - Larsson hit the post at Killie and Thompson scored for us.

Don't want to get into the whole saga od what songs right or wrong, but just thought I would add that I agree that SOF is a dirge and I find it embarrassing listening to the fans singing that before the Scotland games, tbh I turn it off -
Yeah I see what your saying Craig. Another good example of speculate to accumulate if you like is with Elmander last year. If we had pushed the boat out a little and got him we probably would have sold him for at least double what we paid for him. Instead we went for the cheaper option in Mr Sebo:confused:

This really is a depressing time to be a Ger. Who are we actually going to sign? At this rate and with the offers we are putting in for players there won't be anyone coming in at all. On Naismith though I have to say I would not pay anywhere near 2M for him, a million tops I would say. Celtic's bid should go in any day now

2nd half was abysmal. Suppose the hard work was done in the 1st half. Thought Hartley and Ferguson(although he was maybe carrying an injury in his defence) were really pooor and Fletcher's distribution unusually suspect on a poor pitch. Alexander doesn't cut it for me either. France will win aginst georgia. The Italians could have it tough in Lithuania though, hopefully

I agree with Fraser's eleven at the moment although I do feel Steven Smith will take over from Naysmith soon. Thats if he ever returns from injury. Has anybody heard anything about him recenly??

Not the greatest of opposition but some decent performances. Good to see Hutton and Adam getting a game. Boyd and O'Conner looked Ok up front. We should have enough about us to ensure we win comfortably next week I think. We probably said that when Vogts was in charge too!

I don't think Dailly should be anywhere near the Scotland squad nowadays. Never really rated him. I think Hutton definitely deserves a chance, but I agree that it could be a bit soon to throw him in from the start, but if you don't try you'll never know. Eckk wasn't exactly renowned for emperimenting at Ibrox though:)

I hope Derby go up. Nice wee stadium down there(I was there for the Ted Mcminn game) and Billy Davies is there so fingers crossed for them. Should be a cracking game
