Really hard one yesterday. I think I've voted for Cuellar in almost every game but Cousin gets my vote too for yesterday. There were a few candidates I think
-
Thomson is getting better by the week and if you had said to me at the start of the season he would be in the team (and I would be quite happy) ahead of Hemdani I would have laughed. Also thought Whittaker was excellent today on his debut and great to see him get a goal. Him and Hutton combined really well on the right on numerous occasions. The size of the squad impresses me at the moment and the months ahead look bright to me just now
-
Novo has been excellent this season, but mainly when coming from the bench. I think Cousin should definitely start and I'd probably go with Boyd beside him and bring Novo on about 60-65 again
-
Yep I have to hold my hands up and say I was one of the doubters. Still its good when guys prove us wrong:)

Unbelievable how many chances Spartak missed. Definitely advantage C****c now:mad:
-
Mon the Spatak!

We've been caught out too many times in the past. Remember Levski Sofia and Zizkov. We can't afford to treat anybody lightly
-
Nah I hope he stays. Hopefully he will return to the starting line up on Tuesday. Having said that I think Thomson has started the season impressively and had a sloid game yesterday
-
We've got to get there first:) I reckon the Dhims, Benfica and Arsenal could struggle in their ties. Liverpool also have a potetial banana skin against Toulouse
-
Levadia won 2-1 - Red Star through on away goals
-
Derby are having a laugh if they think they'll get Hemdani for that amount

Were Man City not rumoured to be making a bid too? Good luck to him, if he does well down there then he could get a 'big' move either to one of the top four in England or abroad somewhere

Have you got inside info Frankie?
-
Thomson for me too. Neat and tidy on the ball. Your on the ball with this tonight Frankie:cheers:
-
Yeah I'd agee Ascender they tend to all end up in the smae part of the pitch and the space gets restricted a little
-
Professional performance tonight. They never really threatened although they must have had about 5 half hearted penalty appears! Thomson I thought was probably our best player and weir and Cuellar never looked in danger. Tougher tests to come in the next round whoever it may be, but the most important thing is we're there. AND the fans behaved too:fish:

:uzi: Not another one:fish: I hope we sign him I think it would just finish off Mr Smith's transfer dealings for this window nicely
-
Entertaining game? - don't think so. There was only one team there to play football. FC Lithuania were just a joke and hopefully that sets the tone for the season for them. The guy up front they had makes Boyd and Sebo look world class:)
-
Great early boost if we win next week we'll be five in front before their game at Falkirk
-
BF for me. Outstanding contribution
-
Difficult draw for all the British teams. C****c will be struggling with there one, but for the sake of Scottish football we need them to get through - cough cough! - and although both Pool and Arsenal will expect to breeze through their ties both face difficult games especially Liverpool. Is Elmander still at Toulouse or has he moved on. As for us, don't want to think about it untill we're safely through then we can paln for it
-
I went for Ferguson. For me it was only a choice between three cuellar BF or MCculloch the rest were average at best
-
He is definitely a right winger

Great signing I think. Just what we needed to provide competition both at right back and further forward
