Yeah there are still quite a few here too Craig that can't seem to see through Romanov and treat him as a messiah-like figure! They need to open their eyes!

They are now a complete and utter joke of a club and it is sad to see in a way. Untill they somehow manage to get shot of Mr Romanov they will remain a laughing stock. I have never been the greatest fan of the Club, but I do feel sorry for their supporters

How lucky were the Germans tonight? Mostly outplayed during the game and then scoring in the last minute:ffs: I hope either the Spanish or the Russians beat them in the Final. If they play like they played tonight, the winner will come from the 2nd Semi Final. The BBC losing the pictures didn't help either, but apparently it was a world wide problem

I've been saying I hope they get relegated the last two seasons so I'll change my tune and say I hope they do very well also!

They have only just survived in last few weeks of the previous 2 season so they are due a better season. A new manager would help them too

As has been said I don't think he's worth $M or put it this way if he is we can get better for that price. I was impressed when he first arrived, but once Thomson returned from injury, he took over Davis role in the team and Davis did not look the same player out wide. Ordinary at best in fact. He'd be a good signing for cover but not at that price

Thomson based on the 2nd half of last season, but Fergie when all 100% fit by some distance. Ferguson at his very best, we haven't see that for a long time, is better than anyone else in Scotland for me

He's worth at least double that for me. I know you don't rate him Gribz - what gave me that idea!! - but he would be in my team every week.

They flatter to decieve at times though. Lots of pretty patterns but not really going anywhere. Zenit were a little bit like that against us in The Uefa Cup Final

Sweden v Russia tonight in the important game. The Swedes only need a draw. I'd like to see the Russians win this one - lets face it we can't want a team thats got Larsson in it to win Old Habits die hard!!

Probably not right enough, but it did baffle me when you heard the commentator saying that there were something like 6 players playing for Valencia in the Spanish squad including the boy that replaced Puyol. How Cuellar doesn't get in before some of them is a puzzler. Having said that if he had been picked that would have been more games and no summer rest for the big man

I think Velicka will prove to be a good bit of business. He scored a lot of goals for a mediocre Hearts team in the SPL and should get a lot more chance created for him at Ibrox

Furman does look a decent player from what I've seen which to be honest isnt a lot. We need to give guys like him more of a chance or he will want out sooner or later

The Dutch were brilliant again. I too would love it if the Dutch 'lay down' to the Romanians and the two "favourites" went out

Pleased that the Croats held on. I think they deserved it. Ballack and Co lost the plot near the end. We've been stung a couple of times late on by German teams in Europe so I'm glad it didn't happen to the Red White n Blue of Croatia:thup:

To be honest I'd love to see Lovenkrands back. If it's a choice between Lovenkrands returning or Miller coming back, I think I know which one most of us would vote for
