  1. It's nice to see Helicopter SUNDAY still hurts them so much:) I think we all felt a bit like that Cammy. Big Marv knew it was going to happen:whistle:
  2. I agree about AmC and as you pointed out Frankie it wasn't until after he had left and we suffered those disasterous months under PLG that you thought hold on wait a minute he actually did remarkably well. OK he bought his fair share of duds but he was also responsible for bringing in the likes of Boumsong Prso and Hemdani IIRC. The two Title wins under Eck will be forever remembered in Rangers History. We'll be telling our our kids and their kids! about Helicopter Sunday and the other last day success- we should have had that one wrapped up long before the last day:rfc:
  3. How about playing him more then if that's what we think about him? "We're a little bit to blame" - eh who picks the teams:(
  4. Papac was his usual reliable self but surely last night was a chance to rest the likes of him and Weir and give some youth a chance? No real stand outs as such for me. Good to see Miller get a couple of goals he badly needed - that isn't me saying he played well :box:
  5. It's amazing how once you've done your own 11 and see other people's you think 'Oh aye I hate him too' Alan Thomson would need to be on my subs bench at least
  6. A Lithuanian at tynecastle:confused: Must be some mistake surely
  7. Clutching at straws Mr Smith. If mIller had even shifted the ball to the side or something I'd have been screaming for a pen but as Gav said he got his shot away. Never a decision that we are going to get at Parkhead. We didn't get a lot yesterday as it was!
  8. Between Bougherra and Davis for me. Davis looked our most dangers ous player and ran all day. Bougherra won almost everything at the back and never gave McD a sniff
  9. Boruc P Neville Mahe Balde Pressley Hartley Roy Keane Robson Mcgeady Sutton Mark Hughes
  10. Didn't have a great game either and I actually thought we were better once Flecky went off. There was too much pressure on him. We need to take thing slow with him and give him a chance to develop
  11. How many games has Boyd actually started aginst the so called 'big' teams? it infuriates me reading posts like this. Who do we think would score goals if Boyd wasn't in the team? Kenny Miller - don't think so. Lafferty - unproven. Novo - frustrates the hell out of me. One minute brilliant next minute looks like a donkey. As for repetitive regularity - how many goals has the guy scored. Don't give me all this pish about he only scores against the wee teams I get enough of that from other fans outwith Rangers never mind our OWN starting
  12. 99% of the fans I would imagine. Even Gribz...... well maybe:box:
  13. Thats Ok then I understand what you were meaning now :fish:
  14. Aye but would you really fancy Broadfoot and Weir with Whittaker at RB
  15. Thought he would have been given more time athough the home reults have not been good
  16. Not a great game IMO. Both teams missed good chances near the end though. Spurs played for an hour against ten man and hrdly had a shot at goal. The could seriously go down this season
  17. As long as Villa or Man U don't win it I don't care :fish:
  18. If the weather stays the same as it has been the last couple of weeks theres a chance the next date could be fooked too. It could turn out to be like that M'Well game
  19. Ireally can't envisage Villa winning the Prem but I would have said that earlier in the year about them getting a Top 4 finish, which looks almost gaurenteed at this point. Chelsea and Liverpool still look vulnerable to dropping unexpected points especially the Blues so Villa could even finish top 3. Much as it sticks in my throat you have to hand it to O'Neill he's done a fantastic job down there
  20. Should be a cracking game. Don't think it'll come close to the one at the Emirates early in the season - not many games will
  21. I think West Ham will get a draw at the very least. Pressures on Man U after Liverpool's late win yesterday
  22. Fantastic signing considering we got him for absolutely nothing. I also remember that winner in the Cup Final He also scored a winner at Parkhead in a game in March which virtually sealed the Title for one of Advocaat's two. Second one I think
  23. Not a fan of Man Ure then
  24. Your right Lauren. Quite handy having that especially when it's not even us that's on the Scottish Cup highlights. Liverpool game was great in the last half n hour and could prove to be a vital result for Liverpool. C'mon the Hammers:)
  25. I agree with MF too. Even the likes of Burke, we gave him away for NOTHING. Ok we didn't exactly rate him highly but again surely we could have got 200-500,000 for him?? The Hemdani situation totally baffles me too. I personally don't rate the guy mainly due to the fact he hardly played for at least 6 months, but he is good enough to at least hold down a place on our bench week in week out. Whats he point in him being there earning lots of money for doing fcuk all?
