  1. I think it's also encouraging the length of contracts being offered/accepted by the players. Todays news is good stuff. I'm a little more encouraged now. Would still like to see a couple of additions though
  2. No I'm afraid not mate. It's a good Avatar though!
  3. Stating the bleedin obvious is it not. Whyte and McCoist have both been great at talking the talk. Lets see some action ffs. Am I the only one getting pissed off at this?
  4. I'm really not fussed if we get Goodwillie or not if I'm honest. I wouldn't say he is a 'priority' signing. At this rate Davie Weir will be playing for us again at the back when we play Real Madrid off the park at the Berabeu in the Champions League. Use the money we are allegedly 'matching' Cardiff with to get Cuellar back or sign another defender
  5. Romanov will never sell a player to us
  6. We won't get Wallace either... Romanov won't sell him to us especially not on the cheap.
  7. I can't be the only one getting slightly pissed off now that we have missed out on yet another 'target' The Title of the thread is wrong. Ally will be judged on results. Mr Whyte on the other hand is another story. He seems to talk a good case but I have yet to see any evidence of money being parted with. We still need at least 6 new faces IMO. At the minute nothing has changed to the previous summers when we had no money whatsoever
  8. Woops! Guilty of just reading the last post before mine!
  9. Mexico won 4-2 after being 2 down
  10. Aye or the fans with kids about the same age. Ih he was our player I would want him out
  11. Thats brilliant stuff! Even the likes of Wallace and the rest of Hearts players must be thinking 'WTF is Mad Vlad on about now'!
  12. Whats the betting the Rhecord have an 'exclusive' that he's signing for us tomorrow!
  13. I'm the same as you Danny regarding when we were growing up, but I do prefer when something comes 'out of the blue' so to speak. Rarely happens nowadays. Any transfer is uuslally a long drawn out affair and the mhedia are all over it
  14. I think Naisy would make a great Captain and would be well up for the job too
  15. Feels like another ............. '48 hours' debacle to me. If he wants to sign then sign if he doesn't then move on
  16. That was easy enough! Takes 2 minutes to fill in
  17. Have to say I would like to see us sign Conway. As for his own personal goal scoring I wouldnt be looking for him to be prolific by any stretch of the imagination. It would be more about the goals he would hopefully create for the likes of Jelavic Lafferty and others
  18. It's a conspiracy! :spl:
  19. Could be Dunfermline at home? Will we be at home in the first Old Firm game? Pretty sure we should be
  20. Have to say I would be delighted if we got Cuellar Wilson AND Bartley but think that might be asking a lot. Even 2 out of the 3 would do me
  21. Just confims that some folk are still hurting Here we go 4 in a row!
  22. I'd like to see players actually arriving at Ibrox as opposed to going elsewhere. Wasn't a massive admirer of Diouf and wouldnt have spent a vast sum of money on him. Interesting to see how he does at W Ham if he joins them
  23. Good additions for them with those 3 captures. Gav I don't really rate Wallace any higher than Papac if your talking in terms of Wallace to Ibrox. IMO Wallace would just be back up to Papac
  24. I'm with Danny on this one. INO there was times Weiss could flatter to decieve and he would disappear for chunks of games. I would only sign him if it was for around 2M - anymore than that I think would be a huge gamble
  25. Money talks at the end of the day. Last game was brilliant when they were up a few years ago. Did Sebo not score the 2nd goal in that game?! I'm looking forward to it. Chelsea could have a few new faces by then too
